I've had my 510 for a good 3 weeks, and don't get me wrong, I absolutely love it.
I'm puffing on it 24/7.
But lately (last night and today specifically) my breathing has been TOTALLY off.
It's like I forget how to breath and end up gasping for air.
I'm almost wondering from me puffing on this thing all day if I'm somehow forgetting how to breathe correctly?
I know this sounds absolutely crazy, but I just wanted to post here and get everyone else's opinion and see if maybe anyone else was having the same issue.

I don't know about vaping specifically but I do know that sometimes it does take awhile for reactions to show. Sometimes it takes several exposures (instead of just one then you break out in hives).

That being said... maybe try taking some deep breaths every so often. I am finding when I sit and puff for a length of time I start breathing very shallowly and sometimes my chest feels heavy but a couple good deep breaths without vapor and I am just fine again. Like you said, maybe forgetting how to breathe properly? Lol. But I would also echo what Annie Miller said above and see a doctor if it doesn't resolve.

The URL was broke, and I'm using VG ;)
I'd think that if I was allergic to it that it wouldn't take 3 weeks for my body to realize it wasn't for me, no?

actually the body can take its sweet time about deciding how it is going to react to an allergen
with some allergies it dose take repeated and prolonged exposure before any symptoms occur

Do you direct inhale into your lungs? or do you vape it into your mouth first then into your lungs?
If you are direct inhaling, it sounds like you're straining your lungs a bit and you may need to give your body a rest.

I get it in my mouth and then inhale :)
I'm gonna try and vape a little less, and drink more water :D

Try reducing the time you puff on it to 16/7 from 24/7. Get 8 hours of sleep every day. During the remaining 16 hours, vape twice per minute, instead of 12 times per minute. You might be able to breathe normally again.

Edit: And, yup, drink some water now and then.

Sounds like a VG allergy, sometimes the reaction is slow to develop. Chances are you have mild asthma and the VG aggravates it. Switch to PG and see a doctor.

Among my other talents I'm also a nurse...

BV - Did you happen to notice he said that he vapes 24 hours a day 7 days a week? Don't you think he might be vaping way too much? How about the fact that he isn't getting any sleep and just vapes through his sleep time? Wouldn't that affect his breathing? Since you're a nurse and all...

How can you diagnose mild asthma and a VG allergy, unless you missed the fact that he's vaping constantly with no sleep?

deback - I think Cody's use of "24/7" was hyperbole
