Hello, i'm new to e-cigs so i got a few questions.

I feel the need to quit smoking, but i've got bad issues quitting. I've tryed everything until i puffed on one of these. I bought a cheap one from a shop i tryed it and it worked for about a day until i started getting problems. Then i was straight back on a normal cig..

I want to know which is the best one to get without having alot of problems with it?

Is there any harm in it? And can you enhale them or do you have to just puff on it and exhale without enhaling (if you get me lol).

And if there is any things i should know..

I need to quit seriously, i play football and its making me even more out of breath everytime i have a cig.

Thanks all :oops::)

Welcome, Nino - I would recommend reading this thread - it's very long, but will give you an excellent background, and save you lots of money and frustration:

The simplicity of the 2-piece KR808D-1 appealed to me, so I went with a Vapor King from Vapor4Life (you can also find the KR808D-1 at several other suppliers). I've been delighted with it - I was able to quit smoking after having it for 3 days. There are lots of options out there - do some more reading, make the most informed choice you can, and go for it!

Generally speaking the ones that are marketed in mainstream areas tend to be poor quality and mroe expensive. Have no idea what model your purchased but I can almost guarantee ordering from the vendors here and finding a model that fits what you want will lead to a much better experience.

My personal experience is with the KR808D-1 from cigeasy and a few products from Vapor4life. I love the ease of use and have a great experience with the throat hit and vapor production. I vape just like I used to smoke. I drag, inhale, and exhale.
