Well... I finally got to use my XL atomizer and cart today... :) Super excited about that! Apparently there is a little piece in the cart that needs to be removed... no wonder I couldn't vape, or taste anything.... bahahahahaaaaa. After soaking the atty's in rubbing alcohol for 15 minutes, drying them off, then blowing them out last night, that funky taste was gone! I've been vapping on the same cart all day! :) Yippy!!!! So super happy!

PI: Hahaaaa... I was watching that video!!! I just bought this Joye510 LR Atomizer with 1.5ohm low resistance... is that ok??? Oh I hope so!!!!

You'll probably be ok; I've heard stories, seen a few posts by people claiming their 1.5Ω LR attys killed their batteries. It's never happened to me (knock on wood).

I have a 510, and just got my first set of Cartomizers. They are AWESOME. Definitely worth every penny. It makes the 510 almost on par with my eGo-T, and I like the 510 at work/in public because it looks more "normal".

Can't say enough good things about them, (imo, of course) they are better than LR atty's by a longshot. I picked mine up from Ikenvape.

When I ordered my eGo, I got some cartomizer, but I didn't like them, but that being said, I had NO IDEA WTH I was doing... I'm sure as I get more comfy with all this vapping stuff, I will try them again. ;)

Haha, I actually misread your first post, which is why I mentioned the 510.

My main vape right now is the eGo-T, and I like it so much, I bought 6 of them, plus a set for my mother. :D I warn you though, it's maddeningly addictive in terms of buying juices, parts, mods, etc. I've only been vaping for two weeks and I've spent almost $1000 in "supplies".

Anything to quit the analogs is totally worth it, so definitely try new things and stick around. This forum is fantastic! :)

HOLY COW! $1000??? I've spent a lot as well, but nearly as much! LOl. I would have to say yesterday was the 1st day that I was completely in love with vapping... I didn't have to refill my cart, and I could taste the flavor without either a funky or burnt taste. :) I love this forum, I am slowly but surely catching on! WOO HOO!!! I can't wait for my new juices to come.... so exciting! It's like Christmas! LOL

How do you know if your battery is on the way out anyway?

When the amount of vaping time you get out of a freshly charged battery begins to get noticeably short, it's warning you that death is near. They only accept so many rechargings, and LR attys will reduce the number you get out of them before—inevitably—they have to be replaced (batteries and attys—like ejuice—are consumables; you have to keep buying that stuff, but if the cost of cigarettes in Florida is anything like they are in CA, you're still way ahead).

I was wondering if someone could tell me if there is anything compatible with the smok stik bat? I have been useing them for a month and two weeks and think I'm ready to try different flavors or a good place to buy one that I can try different flavors with thats not gonna break me.

I believe Smokstik is a rebranded RN4081, in which case the way to go about trying different flavors is to not use pre-filled cartridges.

Pre-filled cartridges are notoriously foul, are filled with substandard liquid, have idled for months in warehouses and aboard container ships steaming from China.

Your best bet is to buy a few 3ml sample bottles of e-juice—whatever strikes your fancy—and use them to fill & refill blank cartridges: Electronic Cigarette - Cartridges - RN4081. Or better yet, try direct dripping.

FSUSA sells more sampler flavors than you could try in a long, long time: FreedomSmokeUSA
