Hi everyone!
I first learned about e-cigarettes recently, and I've spent the past few days trying to keep my head above water learning about everything. I find the idea fascinating. However, I'm coming at this as a non-smoker (I've never so much as tried a cigarette before). I went to a hookah bar a few months ago with some friends and had my first (and thus far only) experience with tobacco. Over the course of several hours I got to try a whole variety of flavors which I enjoyed tremendously, although I really didn't care for the nicotine high (it made me unpleasantly lightheaded, and not in a fun way). If I dive into all of this, it will be purely with nicotine free flavors. Nicotine is an extremely powerful and addicting drug that I have no interest in messing with. I am, however, intrigued by the idea of injecting more vanilla, mint, chocolate, and apple into my life
Here are my questions:
1.) As someone who would only be vaping a few times a week just for the flavors and because I think it will be fun (and also the "oh cool, I'm blowing really real looking fake smoke" factor), do you think it will be worth it?
2.) Given that I would be taking drug use out of the equation, a lot of the usual concerns about battery life, atomizer life, and cartridge life don't really apply to me. I don't need to rely on one of these things to make it through the work day and stave off nicotine withdrawal. Therefore, is there any typical newbie advice that you feel doesn't apply to me, or that you would modify? I've gathered that the 901 is the way to go when you're just starting out, but I've been wondering if maybe a smaller unit is the way to go for more casual use since battery life isn't a major issue.
3.) Are there any other people on here who don't actually use flavors with nicotine?
4.) None of the flavor sample packs I've found so far come in nicotine free versions. They all have 18 mg here or 11 mg there, etc. Are there any sample packs that I could get?
Thanks for your help!
