OK! SO here's what I think should be a good fit based on what you guys have said:

eGo (not the eGo-T?)
306 LR Cisco atomizer 1.5 ohms
a drip tip
USB adaptor

what else do I need to get? (I don't plan on vaping away from home)

Thanks!

You could get an eGo or an eGo-T. With the eGo-T you get same kind of battery (with 510 connection) as the eGo, but instead of coming with the normal atomizers & cartridges it comes with a new tank system (a special tank atomizer & the small tank reservoir). So if you want to try that out (some like it, others don't) you could get the eGo-T and if you don't like it you can just take it off and replace it with a normal atty like the Cisco 306 you're planning on getting. You might also try some cartomizers from Boge, IKV, or the CE2s if you don't like the tank or dripping.

If you don't mind dripping I think it's the best way to go for flavor (though I've been impressed with the CE2s flavor too). When you first get a 306 you might think it's a little harsh but stick with it for a few hours to a day as it can take some time to break in. I always de-wick my 306's too and you might want to do the same. Almost all atomizers have a wick under the bridge that helps feed juice to the coil but in my experience it just causes problems when dripping. I get a better draw with it out of there and if you leave it in it might get burnt which will cause everything to taste bad.
