I put an order in Sunday on a lark because of all the nice folks here who seem to love this stuff and I called today to ask a couple questions and WOW! David and Maria (i think her name is) helped me out and then some.

I haven't gotten the juice and hardware I ordered yet but I'm looking forward to testing it out. I even got a little bit of the history of the juice from David himself on the phone which is pretty cool!

I just wanted to rave about the great customer service and friendliness of the folks here at Freedom Smoke and I'll be sure and post a review of the juice when I receive it.

When did they say they'd ship yours out? I ordered mine Friday morning.

I ordered mine Friday as well... still no shipping notification, but Dave told me that they were running a little bit behind. I couldn't stand the taste of the XhaleO2 I got (just couldnt wait for my 808!) so I am back to smoking analogs until I recieve my shipment :( Soooo looking forward to trying everything out! I'm waaaayyy too excited :p

WOW. A week behind and having sales to get MORE orders??? Glad u told me, I emailed a request for a refund. Everybody praises them, but with what could possibly be half of a MONTH wait time, that packaging better read me bedtime stories, geez.

I hate to hear that you will miss out on some of the highest quality juice that I have found to date. The juice is hand made for every single order placed. It is not ready made sitting on a shelf waiting to ship. Pam and Dave don't have to offer us the great sales that they have but I think that most of us appreciate them making it a little more affordable for us to buy. Speaking for just myself I would rather wait 10 days instead of 5 to receive my delicious juice at a 25% discount than to get my juice in 5 days or less that has been premade sitting on a shelf for who knows how long not to mention that the quality would be nowhere near the same. Everybody is different in what is important to them though. Good luck.

Ya but they said in the hardware thread that ordering hardware was a quick ship now but if you add juice it could be a short delay. So why would you cancel? Especially without calling the HUGE PHONE NUMBER on their front page? The whole point of my post was saying how nice these people are during a call I made to them and how nicely they resolved something I messed up in my order and went the extra mile.

I understand your frustration, but honestly, orders usually don't take this long. They aren't typically a week behind - they just got bombarded with the juice sale.
