I have 2 1000 mah ego batteries but I use a veriable voltage box mod. The egos are back ups. I started with the 510t or tank as its called. I wished I would have just bought a kgo kit with cartomizers to begin with. The kgo runs at higher voltage then the ego and still last a long time. The regular 510 were a pain in the but to charge them each a couple of times a day. I would go with the kgo kit from hossierecigshop. They r out of Indiana and Brent is great. Dual coils r only 1.80 there. Give those a try. U can buy singles so u can try different ohms if u want

i agree with novarooski & jazzbo -- you simply can't go wrong with choosing ego batteries. they're reliable, last a dang long time with each charge, and there are *so* many toys (options) to choose from. btw, the ego-t 1000mah batteries are a bit longer than the 650's, but last much longer, too. i use ego mega dual coil cartomizers with them. they hold up to 5ml, and vape like a freight train!

Second!!
My gf, her step mom, grandma, and a friend of mine all use ego batteries with the ego mega dual coil cartos. Great low maintenance set up.

Apparently, if you chainvape you can have the best battery in the world and it will still not last. Seems to me that people chainvape because they're not getting the right kick or throat stimulation. Chainvaping = short battery life.

Speaking only for myself, I chain-vape because my habit is more psychological than physical. I've cut my nicotine levels in half in my 2 years of vaping; I'm at 12mg now. It's very much about something to do with my hands and the self-behaviorally-trained ahhh that comes with seeing the puff on exhale.

That said I cannot disagree that chain-vaping leads to very, very poor battery life. When I ditched my original 510 batteries it was because they lasted less than an hour in the morning, when I chain-vape the most. I've ended up with 1000mAh eGo-T passthru batteries and am very happy with my current routine. Granted it took a total 4 rounds of new equipment to reach my current setup, but I believe I'll be set with where I'm at for a good long while.

My thoughts to you is to just get one or the other and get to vaping! You will probably
change and grow along the way of you vaping journey. It might also help to go to youtube
and watch some videos and reviews there as well. Just about everything ecig is there.
Good Luck and get going!

What she said!

Everyone's opinion differs. Everyone's vaping experience differs. What you get now you may or may not love, no matter what it is. Grab a good one and then decide.

Now get to vaping! *Mom has spoken*

Heavy vaping cuts battery charge length in 1/2 and using extreme LR (which is for big batteries only) cuts it in 1/2 again. So you can take a 900mah battery that should last 9 hours and turn it into a battery that lasts a little over 2 hours just by how you use it and what you put on it.

BTW - think of this as which ecig you want to buy FIRST because this is not a irreversable decision. Most people buy another model by the end of the first month.
