This was a very special Rosewood Burl that afrogfriend of mine gave me a while back. I've been waiting for the opportunity to put it to good use. I'm super happy I took the chance on this with this precious/giftie material. I was rather nervous about risking it on a prototype: but last time I played it safe, and I'm still vaping a shop-scrap-sumpin' . . . . . .

only time I ever stripped out aluminum threads was with power tools.
that said, this mod is not for everyone. The whole time I was designing it, I kept thinking of the Mclaren F1. Now that I'm vaping it . .. . . . . . . yep.

So the Dublin' is in the library now. Does that mean it's an option now (or soon)? When your number comes up you can choose either Sumpin' or Dublin'?

actually, funny thing, I was testing something, and did so by leaving the picture, and then I thought, "well, as long as it's here, I'll just put a little linkie to where it starts in the big thread".
I do want it to be an option. What it really needs is a handful (3? . . . -ish) people to run one for a while and help me see what kinds of pernicious knids might come creeping out of it. Both for those purposes (more so for ←those in fact .. . but also→) and for more general consumption, this mod requires a driver's license. Meaning, I'm only going to sell this mod to experienced vapers who can and will do some tinkering and some sane thinkering, who know the ins and outs of battery and mod safety, and who don't go suing everybody the moment they blow their faces off. I would even go so far as to ask that only those buy it who will re-sell it responsibly if a re-sell were to arise. This one's for the big kids in the class. Between running dual batteries and the fact that the circuit is exposed to the environment . .. .. . . let's just say, this ain't the mod you'd toss into your car's coin compartment.
If I could, I would re-design the OliverdibiSumpin' to follow suit. However, I can't offer that mod with such precarious features as standard. I'm sure I'll be mulling over ways to retrofit some of the ideas I've stumbled upon. All that in it's own time tho.
