His surliness was believable before Peter Sellers left the building.......But his surliness is part of his charm![]()
It's pretty rare for me to request anything at all from our ruling class, but I made an exception for this.
Even though those rarely seem to influence anyone I did already.
If you feel the same way about them, at least consider it as a show of force in numbers.
(It needs lots more numbers)
Actually, politicians should be blamed. Not the economists.Just need to set up a few economics schools.

Not all and only consumption. Dealing and selling is still illegal.I just heard on the radio today that Portugal has decriminalized drugs, thinking to treat them as medical/psychological concerns instead. (smart, in my opinion .. .. which I don't actually have one . .. . I just like to pretend sometimes) I don't mean to say that it was "news" today, I just mean that today was when I first heard about it. I thought to myself, I wonder how they treat vaping? Maybe I should ask Tony/Tchavei.
So?
How old are you, Tony? I'm 56 and I figure if I'm lucky, I might live another 30 years, so a six year stash seems kinda low to me.Why do you think I have a two year stash in the freezer and working my way up to a 6 year stash till the end of the year?
Is that something specific to Portugal, part of the EU TPD?Unfortunately, I'm still committing felony because it's against the law (or will be) to have more than 60ml e-juice at home...

Regarding vaping, Portugal is pretty clear about it.
US$0.72 tax on top of every 1 ml of ejuice (regardless of nic strength), banned in closed and public places and in 2016 all Internet sales (import / export) is to be banned too. Not sure if they are going to ban local vapeshops too.
We are pretty open minded and progressive [emoji14]

Sent from my keyboard through my phone or something like that.
I'm 39 but that 6 year stash is for 18mg vaping. If things get so bad I can't get any more nic, I'll start reducing the strength... Should then last a decade... Enough time to try and quit vaping all together. How old are you, Tony? I'm 56 and I figure if I'm lucky, I might live another 30 years, so a six year stash seems kinda low to me.

If they pass something like that here, my words will be: "Come and take it!"
