I wouldn't suggest pulling the tube and putting an extra battery in there. I am sure it would hard short.

Newyork13, maybe for a start you can consider a standard Reo Grand with milled RM2. If you are more adventureous with other rba, then go for the LP Reo.

would pass on the LP as a first REO.
Pull the trigger on your standard stuff and you can be very happy in a short period of time:)
You can read here forever.............good luck with your decision:)

Yeah, this is what I'm thinking right now too. thanks.

You REO guys crack me up.
Haha, I won't do that. It is a great bottom feed.

I'm vaping a standard grand with a milled RM2 right this second, it's excellent, it's attached to my hand permanently.
The LP stuff is new, and if your not into modding your mods, I would pass on the LP as a first REO.

Less talking more Reo buying ASAP!!!

+1 on standard grand. It works with all current bottom fed RBA, cartos, factory attys and you could always mill it down the road if you are the type who favors modding large diameter dripping attys :)

I could easily recommend either the RM2 or the new IGO Rob has.

As for leaks, I try to keep my mod vertical in my pocket. If you vape what you squonk and not leave the rBA / atty full of juice you should be pretty much leak free. If not, you may get some juice out of the airhole on the RBA top cap.

My :2c: and opposing view.

I was a dripper for 2 years before getting my 1st Reo, Fell in love with it and RBAs. The RM2 is great and you should definitely get one. I've carried a spare regular atty with me for 4 months and never had the coil in the RM2 fail. Soon after the first one I added the 2nd Reo as a backup, now all I carry as spares is the 2nd Reo.

I got the 3rd Reo, a LP for xmas, like it even more than the regular. Gifted one regular and sold the other. I've got my 2nd LP on order and will add another after the wood sale. I will only run LP from now on, even wondering if a Woodvil can be LP. I will never be using anything other than a BF RBA.

Your search for a mod is now over but if you like to tinker and play you'll start trying different RBAs and the LP has no limits on what you can play with.

This is coming from a new owner, the best advice I can give you is, BUY IT NOW!!!!

It is hands down the best vaping experience I have had, my only regret is not getting one sooner!!!!!!

Out of curiousity, what were you coming from?

Doesn't any one have anything negative to say about REOs?:p

They are addictive, you cannot stop at just one, then it's three, etc.

But seriously there a few people that it's just not the right mod for them, but even then they usually say it's a great device just not for them. Yes it's a great mod but even more important is the incredible customer service and attention to detail the maker, Rob, redeyedancer, puts into to the device and this forum.

Hiya NY, looks like you and I are building the same collection of mods :)

My REO will be here tomorrow if USPS estimate is correct.

Looking forward to it joining the XPV in my rotation, I think a REO and DNA20 mod with some good toppers, will net you the absolute most versatility possible when it comes to vaping!

I can't wait to coil up that RM2 and squonk!

 Ok, the one negative so far is that they are so satisfying that they are financially damaging to one's checking account.

I guess I might look at a little different, than financially damaging. I look at it as a savings, I am no longer chasing the latest and greatest mod and latest and greatest tank/dripper and hoping it works out. I know I can come plunk down $200 on REO and RM2 and I am set, till I decide want another one. No more searching around and wasting money on other things.

Hi Jameth
You've been, it seems, one step ahead of me (actually probably more than one step.) Do me a favor and PM me, now and then, letting me know where I'm going next, so I can prepare and budget for it. :toast: I don't want to become a collector of vast quantities of stuff. Just want a small batch of hardware and software that works optimally. I started running across REOs in Nicoticket's forum, and started researching it. (If you haven't had Nicoticket juices I highly recommend them.) Then you mentioned the REO in our little XPV forum (which is an excellent mod as we both know.) So, haven't ordered a REO yet, but I will be, and yeah I agree that it will be a great combo. Keep in touch, since you'll have yours way before I do, either here or PMs with your experience, so I'll better know what to order.
What REO did you get BTW? P.S. I've been advised that it's mandatory to post a picture of your new REO on the REO mods forum. Penalty for noncompliance uncertain.

Yes, i was being a bit sarcastic, given the large quantity of equipment I see people getting. Your comments are another strong testimonial for REOs. I'm looking forward to getting one. or more...

Haahah man that's some good stuff :toast:

I got the Low Profile Black Wrinkle with Copper Vein door, an un-milled RM2 to match it, and a brass button cover for fun.

I have not tried Nicoticket's stuff, but I do keep seeing them mentioned, I will have to check it out some time.

For the most part, I like a really lightly flavored juice, to much in my face flavor and I get sick of it fast no matter how much I like it at first.

Lately I have mostly been vaping unflavored, and actually am really becoming quite fond of it. I like to buy different juices though, and stretch em out by mixing them down with unflavored. Some vendors stuff is so strong, I can mix it like 6 to 1 or more and get adequate flavor for my pallet, especially with a dripper, or a REO!

I am as excited to do a photo shoot with it as I am to vape it, well almost. :vapor:
