I'm trying for the most consistent vaping experience. So far I've been frustrated.

A cartotank sounds about right for you. Pre-punched cartos and cheap and when they stop working well, you just toss them. You might even want to start with a simple carto and refill it with a syringe.
I find it odd your Kanger tanks are "leaking like a sieve" I've never had one leak on me. You might want to try a Davide tank, I personally prefer them over the Kangers. Do make sure you are buying the right heads if you go this route.

I did end up picking up a nautilus tank. Truly love it, but my provari is acting up. :/ Which put me in a funk and has been yet another setback that I'm just growling over..... le sigh. I swear the cigarette company is probably seeing someone that's about to slip out of their fingers. 
At anyrate... my z-atty has stopped connecting if I put my beauty ring on it and I think the innokin attys messed it up (pushing the pin down.) yes, I know I can send it in for repair and I've gone and done everything they suggested. (At the provape site) and it's still not quite performing where it should be.
Anyways, from what i saw, I truly enjoyed the nautilus and am just looking to pick up something to tide me over while my provari is in the shop. Unpacked the lavatube, and it seems so... lacking from what the provari offered. (It's not all in my head!)
If I didn't mention it, I did pick up the intellicharger, yay> thanks for the video. Will watch it as soon as I'm done entering in this response.

I looked into the davide tank... though I'm thinking there was so much buzz about the ibtanked I'll go there when I make that plunge.
First call to order is getting my provari back working correctly.
