I have been trying these ecigs on and off for at least 3 years. I get colds easily and usually end of with bronchitis. The problem is I can't seem to inhale with the ecigs when I am sick although I can easily inhale an analog. I am curious as to others have the same issue. I am wondering if straight VG would solve this or if it really matters.

The source of irritation is that vapor makes your throat more dry and scratchy. Other sources of irritation could be the strength of your delivery device;both voltage and wick, the content of your nicotine, and the percentage of pg; as it adds more throat hit.

You may try a low voltage device with liquid that has no PG and a lower nicotine content. Perhaps an ego-c twist on the lowest voltage with a standard atomizer and stock wick using 100% VG liquid.

Thing is it isn't the throat that bothers me with vapor, it is my lungs. That is why I was wondering about cranky the voltage up. On a normal non sick day the low voltage seems like too much vapor, I usually run my Spinner at around 3.8 or 3.9. Maybe a top wick system would be better than a T3. I hear many say that bottom wicks are more airy.
