Indiana Call to Action - Stop the Monopoly

Right now there are thousands of people in Indiana thinking about how to get around the new law, even the ones who stockpiled and don't need to. To what good end? None at all. A lot of harm is done and all for nothing. The worst thing it does is undermine respect for law in general. Bad laws have a way of doing that.

At what cost? Is having your options, freedom to buy where you please taken away a good thing?

Of course not.

I was just saying that in some states, one might at least consider that more B&Ms inhabiting empty storefronts would be a good thing, I mean, I was trying to find SOMETHING positive. (you have to do that in life sometimes, or you turn into a miserable person).

Obviously, since that is not true of Indiana, where only a small handful of companies benefited, there is no bright side. But I can see many towns and cities where it *might* be.

It's a bit shocking how heavy handed and blatantly corrupt the indiana law is. The feelig I got reading the judge's decision on the injunction that he was gloating, pleased with himself that he got a chance to smack down people trying to save their own lives.

I'm not sure if anyone is emailing these guys, but PLEASE email them. I have sent so many scathing emails my hands hurt. I think with more backlash about how they have no clue what they are doing, causing a monopoly, closing up businesses and penalizing people for not wanting to smoke any more, maybe something will change

Compromise is Only Viable when there is Something to Compromise over. Like Instead of pushing for a May 5th 2016 Predicate Date, except a Mid 2014 Date in lue of House/Senate Support.

But there can be No Compromise viable when a State Law is written that Intentionally forms at Regulatory Monopoly.
