I heard its illegal to buy e-juice supplies out of state, is that right?(100mgNic, PG, VG, Flavoring)
Hoosier Vapers has stated on their facebook page that individual components are not regulated by the Indiana law. The out of state purchase (shipped) of 100mgNic, PG, VG, Flavoring is still legal.
At this time, regulation only covers ready-made e-liquids.

Direct questions I can answer, but why a shop is or isn't doing something is beyond my capabilities.

Components for making juice are not covered by the Indiana law. It covers combining them to produce a liquid for the purposes of vaping, the possession, and the sale of liquid for use in vape pens. (vape pens are any vaping device that is NOT a closed, non-refillable, vaping device.)

Here's an off topic question.

Is it legal in Indiana to buy out of state or grow you own tobacco. Chop/grind it up and make you own smokes. Essentially that is what DIY E-Juice people do for their own personal use. No different than growing or buying supplies to make homemade wine/beer.

"If" allot of people in Indiana would start making their own beer/wine, which caused a decline in taxes collected on beer/wine sales. You can bet you bottom dollar Indiana would make a law where you can't make you own booze.

We all know Its all about Indiana collecting taxes from people who stopped smoking and started vaping. Indiana is going thru withdraws from the decline tobacco taxes

Indiana law defines 3 different types of alcohol producers, one of which is DIY for personal consumption. It defines 2 different tobacco manufacturers, one of which is grow your own for personal use. There is only one type of juice manufacture defined by law in Indiana.

We lobbied for a DIY definition and exemption and were repeatedly told that wasn't going to happen.

Assuming there is reason or logic in politics is insane.

A legislature passed this. A governor signed it. They all knew what they were doing and the consequences and the inequities. It was not an error, not an oversite. They are counting on enough of the public to be sympathetic to their ends to ignore their means. People who depend on tobacco taxes are just as ruthless as any other drug dealer.

So a person can buy out of state concentrated Nicotine, store it in their freezer but if they use it to make e-juice for personal vape use, they can be fined/arrested. That's BS, we can make beer/wine for personal use but not e-juice.
If what @Hoosier says is correct this will be an issue. My personal opinion is if they are not restricting
DIY supplies from entering the state they would be hard pressed to make a legal issue against
some one who DIY's. This also brings up the issue of equality under the law. E-cigarettes are
tobacco products now. If growing your own tobacco for personal use is ok so must making your
own e-liquid. Their both tobacco products, right?;) Of course someone must point this out
to the courts.( correct me if I am wrong but, I believe one can DIY cigars, chew or snuff also)
Regards
Mike
