I would like to take the opportunity to say sorry to the great customers who has some problems with our Indulgence.Hope this will not affect your great feelings of the New Year.
Eastmall Family had a urgent meeting as soon as we noticed this. our first reaction to this problem is , REPLACE the ones you have problem with. please send us an email , Ed will manually make an order for you , and will be shipped out 3th of the new year.
The first ones we got from fac has some not good screws. now all screws are changed and all are machine made. clean and perfect contact.
For the switches, For sure it is wireless. attached pics will show you how it works.
A new product is improved with all your great suggestions. So here, I do thank you all for your support and May I send you all Happy new year in behalf of Eastmall family?
