DO NOT BUILD AS HIGH OFF THE AIRFLOW AS SHOWN! BY THE TIME YOU'RE DONE WITH YOUR TANK YOUR juice WILL LOOK LIKE COFFEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As @suprtrkr said it would! Adjusted those coils to just above the AF and voila no more cooking!

Hello all! Finally got a pic of my faux alien build!

Faux because after more research I found out Aliens are supposed to be dual core (yes/no) with an unwrapped coil for a wrap creating a wavey look! This is more of a flat core clapton! So I'm a little disappointed that it isn't as advertised! But that's where the disappointment ends! OMG THE FLAVOR, THE CLOUDS! This is my first build with other than plain wire so I have nothing to compare it to but that! This build is a 4wrap 2.5id dual running at .15 OHMs! It will run from 45w to probably 100w but 60w is my everyday low consumption setting while 80w is my flavor chasing, cloud chucking, tank draining, batt draining setting to run! With the AFC 1/2 open for 60w and WFO for 80w! This is my favorite build to date!

My progression: Njoy, Green Smoke, Vivi Nova, Evod/ProTank, KFL+/R91, NautilusOk, so this is directed to all that have high powered box mods. What is your build? And what ohms and wattages are you guys running your mt at? I'm having trouble finding my sweet spot. On my sigelei I could build a .5 dual 6wrap 26g kanthal build and run it at 50w and it be almost perfect, but now, since I got this 200w device I have no idea what to do. Do I want to go lower ohms and higher watts or?
My game is tomorrow, but I'm sure I'll watch playoff games, too. And my team (Ohio State) is playing my dad's team (Notre Dame). He is beyond ...... because he hates OSU. He already blamed me that they're playing each other as if I'm on the selection committee
I have a dual 26g SS build in one of my Bellus, and I like it a lot.
nah, I told him I wanted to leave early and said cool![]()
Addendum: It will do 120w but the flavor starts to get a little burnt!Hello all! Finally got a pic of my faux alien build!

now i can't separate the two.....oh wellIn Steam Engine, on the "Coil Wrapping" page-- that's the one where it usually opens up-- and in the top left column "Material and Profile" the selection on the right that usually displays "Round," if you click that dropdown there is a choice for "Twisted/Parallel". Setting that will open two lower dialog boxes: Twist pitch is the distance between the twists: measure 10 twists with a ruler and divide by 10 for the answer for twisted wires; set 0 for parallel. And "Number of Strands" should be obviousIam definitely gonna do dual parallel 26's or 28's today or tomorrow out of pure boredom, not that there is anything wrong with the current build (dual claptons), gonna shoot for .3ish, @suprtrkr, I tried looking at the steam engine app and couldn't find parallels as an option.....any ideas

It's a thoughtTriple parallel..... Hmmmm.
Oh, my God! Lol, whatever I may be, Matthew, Mark, Luke or John I am not. In fact my middle name is "YMMV."Hello all! Finally got a pic of my faux alien build!

More juice capacity at the same performance level would be a win.
I like to use the latex jar openers from the grocery store. For thin parts wrapping a rubber band around the cap works.Grab it with a latex gloves, it should grip it good and let you get it off
