I'm going to have to live with it. I don't see myself finding a mod just for this tank. What would it fit on unless I build it something? I don't want a giant mech.
Whyever not?

Isn't that boxer still a prototype?. I thought I saw it on that ginger site a while back.
Naw, its been out since the summer, the SX350J version, they have also since released two DNA200 versions, one with lipos, and one with dual 18650s.

It looks like they have updated the SX Boxer to the v2 board, well now at least I know what I'd get to run a 30mm atty on.

I know that 30 Ohmega is going to be huge, but mine will be here Thursday for Friday and I'm going to give it a try on my RX. I will use it anyway. I also don't want a huge mod. The RX is about as big as I can handle. I, too, have arthritis which makes some mods hard to operate.

I have bad arthritis. My Skeleton Key is too heavy for me. I wouldn't like a 26650 mech.

Yeah, I could make it a hexohm type mod if I feel inclined.
That's a good reason. No offense, of course. I thought you objected to the tubular form factor, and it occurred to me a dual battery 22650 box mech would fit that atty nicely, but that would be even worse for you.

Boxes are just easier for me despite the weight.

My S Key is so nice, too. Its the Infinite clone that got pulled after like two days with the nice engravings. Its an excellent clone, but it sits in the box in case of Vapocolypse.

Maybe when I'm bored I'll make a nice stab wood mod with an sx350j v2 or a hexohm.
I want to try myself. I'm waiting to move house, though, because I want to build a CNC router. Slab wood mods are very nice. I have this idea for gluing up a slab in contrasting colors and grains and carving it out of that. But I also have an idea for building mod boxes by steaming and bending a light lath around a form, with the "back" T&G'd in, and gluing the ends together. I think you could get some interesting juxtaposition like that. Say a Zebrawood rim with a Bloodwood back and a Mahogany door.

I'm actually going to make a hexohm soon. There was a mahogany 1590g box cheap in the classies the other day, and well, its on its way to my house. I'm not sure what the outside dimensions are though. Just a fun little project.
I don't know the dimensions either, but it is noticeably larger than a regular g box.

Inquiring minds want to know when you're going to design the Roxy tank...

Been following this thread for a bit, seems a bit derailed...I'll bring it back in check.

Count me aboard the MT bandwagon!

Received my Project Sub-ohm MT today. It was a fiddly build, but I shoved dual 24ga kanthal 3mm 10-wraps in there, wicked it with Shiseido, and filled 'er up. Running at .42 ohm, 60 watts on my iPV3. What a nice vape! Tons of airflow, no leaks, pretty good flavor, and major cloudage. I'm sure once the wicks break in over a couple tanks the flavor will improve.

I really want this tank on a mech, but the amount of wire in there makes it a no go. I do have some 24ga 316l on the way, so I'm hoping that gets the resistance down to an acceptable number to get the power needed.

I'm using a 5 wrap dual 22g kanthal 3mm ID build on my mech right now, .15ohm, works well for me.
