@suprtrkr I currently have the koopor +, but really want an RX200... Do you think it is that worth it for me to get an rx in addition to? cause funds are rather tight this month and all in all the rx and batteries will be close to $80. I just don't want to get that buyers remorse like @MMW mentioned earlier. haha
You'll have to make the call on that. I have both, and like both. I like the RX better, frankly. It's smaller, about the same weight, gets twice or three times the battery life and was easier to set up in TC. I didn't get the Koopor Plus running properly in SS mode until I input the TCR code for 316 wire (which happens to be .00092). I also find the RX is more ergonomic and fits my hands better. Comparatively, the Koopor is like vaping a brick. That said, there's nothing wrong with the Koopor. It's a very nice mod and I like it. But if I could have only one, I'd pick the RX.

I just got back from vapordna. they didn't have the new rdta v-deck mutank in stock yet, only on-line. so i couldnt leave there with nothing so i got some 26g SS 316L. Any suggestions for builds with it? oh and getting it to work with my koopor? :)

Try 9 wraps on 2.5-3mm. I'm running that in a couple attys and love it.

I've been using the ss 316L Clapton wire in my troll and mutank. I'm loving that wire. It took me about a week but I really like it now.

I'd do a 3mm id and as many wraps as it takes to cover your airholes in the Mt rta

Does the SS need to be torched or any special prep prior to building? and what temp do i start it out at?

I've been doing a quick torch, but my 316L seems soft and is easy to wrap so it might be unnecessary.

I haven't even bothered with tc mode yet so I'll let others answer that. Some of the mods I'm using don't even have tc.

I can't help with the temp control, I run mine in wattage. It does seem to take more wattage then kanthal to get the same results but the flavor is better

8/7 duals should bring you in the .3ish range. That ought to fire nicely in the 50-60 watt range. Setup on the Koopor isn't hard, you just have to page in until you get to the TCR entry. Mine is running sweet on .00092

With the screen on and unlocked, three presses on the fire button brings up a mess of icons. The first one looks like a half ast sine wave, that's the one you want. Long press on the fire button to select it, or just wait and it will jump to a menu. In the menu, short press of fire rotates to the next selection, long press selects and moves to the next selection. First selection, temp-memory-watt, select temp. Second, strength, soft-norm-hard, pick 'em. Third selection, wire selection, TCSS-TCTi-TCNi, select TCSS. Fourth selection, the one you want. The top line says TC-SS, with some numbers below it. For 316, use the up/down arrows to set .00092 as this is the TCR for 316SS. Fifth selection is for single or dual coils; assuming dualies select DC. And I never figured out how to lock the arrow buttons either. You're right the documentation method doesn't do anything. Or maybe it only works in wattage mode or something. I have only ever run this thing in TC.
