Everybody should have at least 1 26650 tube mod.They last a good while,and they can double as a weapon if the need ever occurs,crack somebody over the head with one,and they are going down haha.I haven't tried any of the 26650 box type mods yet,but when i used tube mods i really liked those,they were easier to hold than the 18650 stuff.

We have at least two modders on this forum who can and have made single and dual 26650 box mods. Now, do a dual serial 26650 and you can power the best of subohm tanks for2 days!

Hmm, I'm going to have to see how I can smuggle one of those into my house. I've been sort of banned from any more mods.....so technically, this isnt a mod. And I don't think she'll be able to tell one tank from another.

This is correct. One of the reasons I didn't pull the trigger on the 26650 Stout. It would be the same as having a single 18650 100w mod, but with longer runtime. You won't be getting anywhere near 100where safely.
Yep, the Stout is really only good for longer runtime with a small mod.

Well, I've had some of these tanks for quite some time now. I've tried and tried with the MT, but no go. I absolutely can't get the wicking right. I've set that one aside. The Mutank, I haven't got the nerve up yet to use the rebuildable deck. The stock coil is still working so well I don't want to tear it down yet. I bought a Griffin and I'm about to pull my hair out (what's left of it .) I've built it 3 times and rewicked a half dozen times to no avail. I've already retired the Subtank and Subtank mini, not enough juice flow or air for that matter, the Clouper A1 and Clouper Z5, put away. I have a Gemini on preorder that will be here around the middle to end of the month. I'll try it, too and hope it's not as finicky as the others. My Ωmega BFT works well, and my TFV4's work great with the prebuilt coils. I just got the RBA decks for them, and I'll see how those go. I've never had an issue of any kind using my RDA's. I can build a dripper right now and have it work first time out. I've tried watching videos on how to wick and build and no good. I've tried the wicking method by @suprtrkr, but that didn't work for me either. I've done more wick, less wick, rayon, KGD, and it just doesn't matter. It won't work. I feel like such a rookie, not being able to make these work. I've been building for 2 years, but these tanks just have me stumped. If anyone has anything enlightening that I can try, I'd sure appreciate it.

I've had another idea on the MT that might help. What about folding the tail in half and tucking in behind, in the slots. Fold would be right at the bottom of the slot.

I can give that a try, too, and see. That Griffin, though, I love to see your take on it. I did it exactly like the video I watched and no bueno. Multiple times! Surely it can't be that hard to do!

The high vg is making my chest really heavy though. But, I think the high vg people will be happy with it.
Paul, sorry to hear you're having so much trouble with wicking! All I can tell you is what I do that seems to be critically important when wicking the MT! Leave your tails long & install the chimney poke a little wick into the juice windows then trim the wick to about 3/32 or 1/8" from the windows then stuff the rest of the wick into the windows & ENSURE the windows are full of wick all the way into the corners! For me this has been critical no matter what wick I'm using! I just rewicked today with rayon & used a ton of it! to the point I couldn't hardly pull it through my coils! Then I wet it & stuffed it into the juice channels, replaced the chimney & followed the steps above except I trimmed the tails a little longer & actually pushed the tails into the windows to fill them! It didn't even dribble a little when I filled it! Been vaping on my .54 ohm dual clapton build at 55w with no dry hits! I wouldn't try stuffing cotton like this cuz I tried it before I got my rayon & got dry hits! When you try this please take some pics so if you have a problem I might be able to help you out! If that doesn't work I'll tear down my wicking & take step by step pics for you! Cheer up buttercup! Bill, I've tried just that with both rayon and kgd. If I wick it to the point that I don't get leaks, then it doesn't wick. I'm going to tear it down again and try Roxy's suggestion of folding the wick into the channel and see how that goes. It's funny, the very first time I wicked the MT, it was wonderful, worked superbly, and didn't have any leaks except some normal condensation. I haven't been able to duplicate it again. I really love the MT for flavor and vapor production when it's working right, so I really don't want to give up on it.
