I agree.  I did a search and came up with this:
The chip on the left is RX200, the one on the right is the DNA200.  They look like totally different IC boards with a generally similar form factor.   The DNA has a bigger screen, looks like a lot less IC's.  So,  if they plan on suing for copying them, then they're wrong.    My case....
George B Selden Vs Ford.  Selden had a copyright on a motorized four wheeled vehicles.  for some time, everyone payed him a royalty or suffer court fees.  Ford challenged them, and won.   If it weren't for Ford, then the industry probably would've stagnated for quite a few years, and many companies wouldn't exist.
I think the RX chip does offer a variable wattage/temperature device in the same range.  However, looking at the two different chips side by side, they do it in a totally different way.  just like my analogy with the cars, same general idea, different approach.  I sure hope Evolv doesn't win this one... It'll be another banned item like the Ameravape.
