this is i think what happened they advertised heavely about there deals and specials and there coupon codes and alot of people headed over to there website and started ordering alot of product so much product they couldnt fill all the orders i think when you run specials you should make sure you have enough supply or stop taking orders when your product is gone or you could just order from rockymountain vapor who never charges for shipping and is awesome with communication and his prices are among the cheapest i dont know how he makes any money

Lol and they are sold out and the message on their site says they are on vacation...and you've already done this in this thread, and honestly this is ridiculous.

They oversold, didn't update their website.. I checked, while they were posting excuses on here, they had NO mention on their website about shipping problems, delays or anything else...

Actually yeah there is a post here, when they were running short of the 510's they notified people here. Then the PCC's they thought they had enough of turned out to be 50% defective.

In any case, they've posted what has happened, Noah takes responsibility, says he's learned from all the good and bad. There are suppliers that don't tell you a thing here or anywhere.

They have a pretty strong presence here, and they are pretty easy to contact and talk to.

I won't even try to convince you. You have a right to feel the way you do based on your experience. I have a right to feel the way I do based on mine.

How long did you have to charge your batteries before you got to try out your new 510? :)

I think I'll speak for just about everyone when I say we want product AND communication ;)

There's a reason companies have a "customer relations" rep; At Innovapor, it seems they're ALL in customer service, which is horribly nice of them, but it results in mixed messages, confusion, and inefficiency. All growing pain type things, but they'll be just fine.

From my experience, there's not one reason to doubt their good intentions.

Of course customers want both :) But you're absolutely right. There's probably no better definition of 'growing pains' that what we have just seen. And the healing process begins.

I was told yesterday my order will ship in 24 hours no matter what! 24 hrs later it hasn't. Imagine that. I dont want to slam someone trying to come up but please stop the nonsense and just do what you said you would do. maybe im the only one getting the run around with them and if so im extremely sorry to Innovapor.

Don't be too sorry...even after sending them an email, my order (placed on the 7th) is in the same boat, and I guarantee that if I were to send another email, I would receive about the same response as I did the first time around..."we're really, really busy". HOWEVER: It is just bad business to tell your customers that orders are going out at a certain time (the blanket email said within 24 hrs, which I recieved yesterday; however, a personally-sent email the day before said that my shipping had been "generated" on the 13th!! grrr) when they obviously have not!! bad business, even if you're a new company!! Get your act together, guys. It's not our fault your products are in high demand; order more, hire more employees...Another ecig company (which will remain nameless) shipped my order at 8:40AM, 6 HOURS after recieving it at at near 2:30AM est(I live on the pacific coast where it was 11:30PM)!

edit:And, that order I placed was a CUSTOM order...now that's customer service. I'm sorry that in my good judgement I cannot tell you all who this supplier was...It would make me look bad here in this part of the forum, heh...

:edit 2: In all fairness, as busy as they were, they sent a prompt reply to me the other day. just wish it was more accurate, I guess...hope my post quells the nerves of others expecting shipments-I still have faith, just not as much as I did last week...

Didn't they jump from like order number 200 to order number 500 in just a few days?
You have to figure that's gonna leave a mark.

I'm not sure of the exact numbers, but yeah, they got swamped, right during some personal things going on with the owner and what looks like gross incompetence at the local post office.

Well yes, a post HERE.. not on their website. if you happened onto their site, or if you happened to miss the post HERE you would have placed- and many did place, orders right while they were out of stock and away on family issues.
You can keep trying to glaze it, just as the post from the Inno rep tried to, but it was craptastic service on every level.
You say your not trying to change my mind, whatever, on every post I write about MY experience you chime in with EXCUSES, exactly for that purpose. Notice I have told YOU how to feel, or tried to talk YOU out of YOUR OPINION. But every post I make is followed by the innovapor fanboi club, so yeah, be honest, you ARE covering for them and you ARE trying to convince someone of something other than the FACTS about their experience.
Opine away, but stop insulting my intelligence. You even tried to tell me to include my like for the 510 here, as if it has anything to do with their service.
Buy from them til your hearts content. I could care less. Meantime stop trying to whitewash and gloss over my actual experience and pretend that your not.

My whole point is then im leaving this all behind me is....i order a lot on line its not uncommon for the next day get a out of stock email. Ok fine no big deal crap happens. Wait or find some other place, or both etc. But they let my order sit for almost a week and i had to call them! That is just HORRIBLE business! There is a lot of stuff on here people thinks this or that happened but innovapor is not stating that, once on the phone they did say they were out of stock but on here they are saying busy, vacation, blah blah blah. I haven't seen on here anywhere where they were out of stock but i havent really looked either.. I didnt do business with them here, it was on their website. In all my emails they have stated this or that but never out of stock but on the phone i was told they were out of stock. I was told in a email that it would ship in 24 hours and they would email me and still nothing think im at 30 hrs, sorry earlier when i was ranting it had only been like 19 hrs. I feel like ive been lied to and deceived when all they had to do was email OUT OF STOCK...might ship in a week or two. Then the next day i would have done what i did Tuesday order from some where else. Which i might add is going great so far...ordered from the source china, hate to but well cant get any worse, its all ready here in America and i will probably get it sooner...different story.

Innovapor all i needed was shortly after i ordered a liitle email saying hey dude sorry but were out of stock. I would have said great ill get one from some where else just send mine when u get it. No bad words out of my mouth because it was a good price for a us supplier. Now i dont know what to say and i hate to is for end user of these products we might be better off buying directly from china. Oh that hurts but US suppliers have a hard time getting large orders through customs. For all we know that could have happened to them. i dont know. I wont be ordering from them for awhile, i will still search for a US supplier, i really do like to give my money and a profit to a american even if is supply is from china. I really hate that i did order straight from china but it was an order for like 5 people so it was fairly big for us anyways and innovapor order was just a check before we placed a larger order. We still buy our liquid from the states, Wet Your Stick E-Liquid : Home.

Anyways im rambling, gone 5 days without an analog, tired and sick of this but dont really care cause ill be tokin a 510 by monday anyways. I just innovapor learns from there mistakes but not holding my breath.

When you're getting bad customer service is it not infuriating when someone comes on and tells you they had no problem as if that makes the customer service good. I've had 2 sony vaio laptops. Both had several faults and the customer service was dire. It took 2 weeks to get one picked up (had to phone £1 a minute help lines) and the repair itself took 3 weeks. Anyway, whenever I post that, it drives me bonkers when somebody comes on saying their vaio has worked flawlessly for 3 years. FFS, if the thing works customer service doesn't come into it.

Okay, time for an update: After waiting all day yesterday for shipping confirmation, it never came. I proceeded to email them, and told them to either ship the order or give me a reason why they haven't or can't do so. Nearly a full day later, NO REPLY. So now, I can't even say that they have THAT going for them, as I thought they did-the last time I sent them an email, they were very quick to respond. maybe this time, after screwing up and not shipping out orders when they said, they got flooded with responses from angry e-customers...but, now everything is a mystery. I am certainly angry, but instead of flaming them to death, I'll just show you all the email they sent to everybody(and didn't deliver on)

Update from InnoVapor.com regarding shipping.

All orders numbered 1-550 have been shipped, are being shipped today or will
be shipped in the next 24 hours. Thank you all for your patience during our
first month of business!

Any shipment that had a PCC in it will be shipped but future orders of PCC's
will be delayed until next week. We currently have 250 new black and silver
PCC's in the air and they will be arriving early next week.

Any order that included several 510 atomizers will have at least on of our
new model atomizer free of charge! This atomizer has 3x life expectancy.

I received the same email about orders 1-550 being shipped but have sent two emails today and neither one has been addressed. I've called the phone number and was twice reassured that my 510 kit would be shipped that date. Well, it hasn't happened so I requested either a refund or an immediate shipping confirmation. I've received no response, no action. Needless to say, I am not happy with this situation and can only imagine everyone else who ordered has to be asking the same questions.
