2. I smoked cigarettes for 20 years. I was sick of smoking cigarettes and being out of breath all the time, smelling like an ashtray, and it was so expensive. My parents both quit smoking with vaping so gave it a shot and haven't looked back. It's been almost 5 months and havent felt better! The only thing I regret is I wish would have started sooner!

I started smoking in 2000. I was 18 at that moment. Found a pack of unopened Marlb0ro 7's in a bus. Kept it for a month, then trying to smoke it. It was the moment I've trapped in nicotine addiction. From there, I smoke almost a pack of 20's a day.

Life changing moment is when I discover about e-cigarettes in early 2013. Some of my colleague vapes in the pantry, and I was curious. They let me use their vape kit, and from there I start to smoke less.

Then on 30th April 2013, I've bought myself a vape kit (Evic VT tube and carto tank). Quit smoking cold turkey on the same day, and never looked back. Vaping 12mg menthol is quite good, because it provides almost same nicotine feeling as smoking.

I gradually lowers my nicotine intake. First 12mg, then down to 9mg, and currently I only vapes 6mg flavors. Wish to go down to 3mg but its hard to find 3mg flavors in my state.

Nevertheless, vaping is the changing point in my life. Never felt better than now. No more coughing, able to hike three or four stories stairs without much effort, etc.
