I've been having what seems to be a fairly common problem. When I tried vape mine & my husband'a SVD isn't working. When I press the first button I will get the reading "0.0R" & the first button turns red for 5 seconds. Tried this will different thanks same result. Help me please! Oh & I've checked the grommet it's fine & 100% intact.

Is it new equip, what type topper are you using on it?

I've got a Phiniac regular tank with a standard boge carto on it & use high drain AW IMR 18650 battery. Had it about a month now. This started out of nowhere.

I figured it out.. It was a bad battery! Used a different one in both devices & haven't had another problem!
