itaste svd not working?

I just got my itaste svd today and I can't get it to vape! everything seems to work fine until I connect the carto and push the button to vape it flashes red for a split second and turns off and won't turn back on until I remove and put back in the battery. if I press the vape button without the carto connected it stays solid green, doesn't turn off seems fine

Sounds like the short protection is kicking in. Try another device with it.

it's my first pv in two years! had a roughstack a couple years ago that I got rid of but, still had some 18350 battery's. these are the batts ive been trying to use! had them charging for about 6 hours before I tried to use. I'll charge them over night and see if that works

most likely is a carto issue, possibly a battery issue as well...What battery (or batteries) do you have in the SVD? do you have another carto that you can try to fire on it?

tried multiple cartos and all hav same problem! they are 18350 battery's! I also have some 16340 battery's i haven't tryed

UnProtected high drain IMR batteries should be used in regulated mods. If you're using Protected batteries, it could damage your SVD.

Some SVD owners have also reported troubles with cartomizers, but usually with the connection not connecting.

No. It is a protected battery. You need a High Drain IMR battery. The SVD has protection built-in and the protected battery is causing havoc with it.

You need something like these:

Batteries : AW IMR 18350 3.7V 700mAh

Batteries : Efest IMR 18350 Button Top

Batteries : Panasonic Hybrid/IMR CGR18650CH
