It appears to be a true spring loaded pin as I can unscrew my I-go 3/4 turn to put the air hole on top and it still makes contact.
anybody know a better price on the CF IV's than $37.95?
pretty old school actually but still smoking so I'm hoping this pushes me over the edge to quit completely.
Might be time to consider trying some WTA ejuice...
Way to go! It gets easier....Well, 24 hours later and still vaping and not smoking. The first morning smoke was calling my name, but once I got past that it was all good.
Yeah, that morning 1st smoke is a hard one.Well, 24 hours later and still vaping and not smoking. The first morning smoke was calling my name, but once I got past that it was all good.
I just ordered myself a Gold MVP 3.0 Pro from them, couldn't beat the price, came to $44.95 after coupon code, added 2 coils to my cart for free shipping, came to $50.97 with the free 10ml bottle of MP juice.Just ordered myself a silver one -- thanks for that coupon! Even with the $4.99 shipping (pretty high for "ground" (slow!) transport, isn't it?), it still came in under $40.
Thx!

New to the Innokin line, just got my vape mail today with a Coolfire IV and Kanger subtank mini. I've been hitting it hard with some local high VG juice and blowing some holy cow clouds.
To be fair I am new to VV and VW mods and sub ohming, so it likely won't impress the hard core, I've been vaping a Phidias mod running 510 atties at 1.5 ohms, pretty old school actually but still smoking so I'm hoping this pushes me over the edge to quit completely.
So far this setup is kicking ...., good.stuff.

Try using the $10 off over $35 code. That's the one I used on the MVP 3 pro express.Hmmm...I might just have to give this one a try. Thanks for posting!
I just saw this that Innokin future temperture-control Innokin Announces the Revolutionary True Vaporizer Temperature Control Technology - Greenville, NC | News | Weather | Sports - WNCT.com
Yes, but apparently you have to use THEIR tank for it, which makes it essentially useless for those who already have tanks/RDAs they like. Already a thread about it, and it really doesn't seem all that revolutionary, when you have to buy-in to a whole proprietary technology.

Measuring the resistance change of nickel or titanium is fairly easy. Measuring the resistance change of Kanthal or nichrome requires some very high resolution and accuracy since they both change resistance very little as they heat up which is why they are used for heating elements in the first place. The easiest way to measure their temperature would be with an additional sensor on the coil. I am guessing that Innokin is doing something along those lines to control temperature with Kanthal coils which would make it proprietary to Innokin. That's why it really doesn't interest me, I wouldn't be able to use my favorite tanks and be stuck with a replaceable head tank instead of building my own coils and wicks.
In a way, it's a shame. Innokin always seems to make a great device, but misses the boat on details and is slow to adapt to new technology. I'm working on stuffing a DNA25 in a VTR at the moment. Can't beat the form factor of the VTR.
