Capt Shay, if you go to Innokin's Facebook page and scroll down just a bit to their 7/30 post, there are pictures of the Disrupter side by side with the CF !V and the MVP. It's a little bit bigger than the CF, and fairly similar in size to the MVP - just a touch wider and shorter. It's shaped like the MVP, though, so probably wouldn't feel as ergonomic to you as the CF.
But even though I have small hands, I love it. When I got my first MVP 20W a few months ago, it was really hard for me to get used to. At that time, I only had an iStick 30W and a couple of old VAMOs. It felt like a brick to me. And I hated the fire button on the side. But the vape was so much better than anything else I had, that I persevered.
Finally, someone in the MVP thread suggested that I cradle it between my thumb and index finger and hit the fire button with the side of my thumb. Once I got used to that, I actually started liking it better that way. Now with the Disrupter, I've had to get used to the fire button on the skinny side again.

I've also got to the point that I like the bigger, more solid feel of the MVP (and Disrupter now as well) better than my much smaller iStick. Now I use my iStick as an out and about mod. But when I'm sitting down relaxing and want to do some serious vaping, it's an Innokin.
I really, really love this Disrupter. It just looks and feels high quality. And it should suit just about any vaping style since it goes up to 50 watts and will fire a .2 ohm coil. I love the nice large screen that I can actually read without squinting. I get the same great vape I get with my MVP's and SVD's. And surprisingly, I'm getting an hour more of vape time than I do with the MVP's. Not sure why. It has a 2000 mAh battery, while the 20W MVP's have a 2600 mAh battery.
I've now had it less than 2 days, but I haven't found anything at all that I would complain about, other than the up and down arrows not being in the usual position. I'm scratching my head at pbusardo's other complaints.
