I purchased an Alpha Ultra kit, batteries, accesories, etc. and all my orders were shipped and received by me very quickly, and the equipment I bought from them has stood the test of time; which is a thumbs up right there. But to sweeten the deal, any question or comment I have asked them, whether it has been through ECF or e-mail, I have gotten a reply in usually about an hour or two. That is absolutely fantastic!
