I got two of the 510 kits when they were 25. One of my chargers, I just tried to use it, (been using the first one all the time), won't let the battery screw in. Almost like the threads are stripped or something. I think it would work, if I could get the battery to stay in there, but it doesn't. I didn't know it til now, cause I got two kits and just now tried out the charger. Is there any way I could fix that? Thanks

rfun6 - I would also send an email to them via their website as well. Probably gets to more people that can answer.

Are you using a USB charger or wall? Mine are USB and don't have threads, just have to seat it on the post in the charger.

Are your chargers the single piece chargers or the chargers with the one foot cord?

They are the one with a cord that plugs into computer with a box on the end with light that you screw the 510 battery into.

Rfun, that is a bad charger. Sounds like the threads are no good. Our single piece chargers are just "push in" meaning you just shove the battery in the charger and it has kind of a grippy sleeve that holds it in place.

However the ones you have, with the cord, should thread right on to the battery with no problem. We'll send you a new one, shoot me a PM with your order number and I'll make sure it goes out.

Sorry about that! I'll send you a single piece style, they are nice because they don't strip and they charge a lot of different styles of batteries, 801, 901, 510 and others.

Starting to get a little annoyed now, I ordered mine (order #282) over July 4th weekend and still have not received it yet. I even contacted before I purchased to find out when it would ship and I was assured that it would ship out on Monday July 6th, usps tracking seems to be useless which makes no sense to me because I ship via usps daily for my business and the tracking always works just fine and is usually accurate. I have emailed a bunch of times asking about my order and I keep being told that it is on it was shipped and on its way. Well, today is July 13th the Mailman was just here and nothing! Whats going on over there Innovapor? I placed my order on the 5th! It's now 8 days later and Priority shipping should take 2 or 3 days!

Jerseyguy72, I am very sorry for the delay in your order. I can GUARANTEE that your order has been filled and is at the post office ready to ship out today. We went ahead and threw in a free 15 ml of fresh low for you so hopefully that will last you a while so you can wait for us to get caught up before you have to order again. :) Once again we here at InnoVapor are terribly sorry about the delay and hope that you are 100% satisfied with your product.

Hey, crazy idea I know. But, why not stop taking orders till you get caught up.. Just put the site out of stock till you get caught up, then open the gates back up. Baby steps man baby steps.. Slow it down.

That's what we are gonna do. Plus all of our shipments should be here by Wednesday so we will be up and running full speed within a few days. We appreciate all of your guys patience.

Okay--I'm relaxed now. :sleep: After much angst over my 510 order (placed on the 6th--#310) still not having shipped, finally got an e-mail response from Millie explaining the inventory backlog and expected stock replenishment today or tomorrow. I'm actually kinda stoked to be getting the "new and improved" attys, plus she said they'd send my order Express to make up for lost time. Like others have said throughout this thread, the long wait for my order would be a totally different beast if these people weren't so communicative about what's going on and actually seem very sincere and hard-working. IOW, I ain't mad atchya and hope to see things smooth out for ya'll real soon.

Inventory backlog? So they did run out of product...I guess they just forgot to be communicative with the rest of us about that little point.
