Something I thought I should mention. My friend bought 2 of the replaceable drunker coils and both had shorts and didn't work. I bought 3 of them but haven't tried them yet. Now I'm hesitant to if they just fail. The thought of going to all that trouble then to fill a tank and they don't work like hers makes me want to not use them. But at least we have the ceramic cups for parts they came with. Has any of you also experienced replaceable heads for these failing?

After all the lovely success stories, I figured I'd add my own, less than lovely story.

Got my Drunker in. Pulled the stock wick and coil. Coiled up some Kanthal 32, twisted up some cotton. Filled her up. Let her sit. Ohms are a little higher than I wanted. Puffing away, everything is fine. I never lay my tanks down. Had it standing on my desk, reached over, puffed a few times and thought, something doesn't seem right. Looked at my fingers and they're covered in juice. Cleaned everything up, refilled the tank.....same damn thing. Let it sit overnight and there's juice on the outside. On the bright side, the cotton wick is wicking like mad.

Needless to say, i'll be moving onto something else.

But none of them will keep up with more than three or four puffs in a row without letting them rest a few seconds.

Thank you JD1 so very much for this reply! That is the part that none of the "works like a freight train, wicks like crazy" posts have mentioned. I don't always take more than the 2-3 puffs in a row, but when I'm without for a longer time I will chain vape quite intensively for the 2 minutes. Now knowing that the devices aren't even expected to work like that is a great relief.

The heat of the vapor from the Vapeonloid (and Kangeroid) is a lot higher than it was from the regular Vapeonly BCC, Kanger T3, DID clone. I'd say it is equal to Vivi Nova Mini. BT804 is downright freezing cold compared to these. I don't know how to express my love towards the Vapeonloid deeply enough.

Some day I will build a Spheroid-style atomizer of my own. Clear tank, an air tube under the coil like in the Eternity, and easy to refill.

I'm sorry to here this. One of the things I like best about the Drunker is that they do not, in my experience, leak. But it's pretty obvious that this isn't a terribly high-end build, and my guess is that the quality control is less than stellar. Sounds like you may have gotten one with particularly bad threads or something.

I've only had 2 instances of trouble with mine. On my first build, it shorted.. I checked it and found that I had left a bit of wire hanging out of the bottom, snipped it flush and all was fine. When I rebuilt it last week without taking out the coil, for some reason it didn't want to wick good, kept getting a slight burnt taste. Once cotton is burnt.. it's burnt, no fixing it. So I took the wick out, dry burned the coil, cut some thin slivers off of a makeup round and threaded it though. added some feeder wicks in the other holes. It's working great now.

I've been very satisfied with my drunker. It hasn't leaked at all. No, it's not as well machined as the highends but it's only $15 and has been well worth it. I may get some NR wire and try my hand at twisting it with my resistance wire and see what happens.

I'm satisfied with the Drunker. I'm still using stock coil n wick, about 4 tanks through it. It has better flavor than Nova and Stardust, both with stock wick/coil and only two I've vaped along with it to compare. All same juice and all on VV PVs. I had some leaking once after I refilled tank. I took top cap off, wiped threads and inside cap well, and fiddled with thread gasket a bit, then made sure cap was on pretty tight. No more leaking.

I tried this drunker tank because this thread made it look pretty decent. First of all it is extremely cheap feeling. The tank is thin, the threading is cheap, the caps feel flimsy. I filled it up, took a few hits and then it constantly flooded. Using 50/50 juice this thing would gurgle and flood constantly. I made sure to keep it upright and only tilting slightly and the flooding wasn't as bad but still pretty annoying. Then i went to unscrew it from my PV and the center post came completely out (tank spun off of the 510 threaded post) and dumped juice all over my hand/desk. It went directly into the garbage can.

Bummer! I hate you had a bad experience. Mine has never leaked or flooded.

Wow. Hearing bad problems from some. I've bought 3 drunkers and been using them with cotton wicks. Gotta make sure it's closed completely on the top and at first it was slightly not tight and I felt moisture with my finger along the rim and tightened it nice. No problems after that. I actually carry 2 of them full lying down in a hard eyeglass case in my purse all day and no leaking. I admit the top cap is not as sturdy as stainless steel but figure for the price, they've been working good and I'm just careful with them. I do admit I've recently bought a couple cheap stainless steel rebuildable atomizers but the drunker gave me the confidence to branch out.

Why not give somebody a good deal on it and at least recoup part of your money?

Exactly my thought. GIVE HARDWARE AWAY before throwing it out. There are vapers and potential vapers out there who can't afford to throw away even a $15 device. Isn't there a treasure chest sub-forum or something for giving stuff away?

I really don't mind the thin cap and tank. It's a cheap device, and looks it. But, thin does have the advantage of lighter weight. Probably need more than 10 Drunkers to equal the weight of one AGA-T lol.

It's just such a PIA to get a coil and wick in. Particularly with adding NR legs which I consider a must.

I'm sure I'll be a bit quicker going forward, but I wicked and coiled all five of my duds with cotton quicker than my one Drinker. Close to it anyway.

If there isn't, it's an awesome idea.

I've had mine all of a week, and it's now unusable (after I ordered wick 'n wire to learn how to rebuild) the - it has spidery cracks in the plastic! This means a slow leak, as my couch demonstrated a couple days ago. I wasn't even unscrewing that half yet, although I did try it on a couple of my mods.

I had this problem with a SplitFire from GotVapes and figured that was cheap material plastic or something, but 2 different tanks make me wonder - is it my blueberry frost juice from Puresmoker? Is there another tank I can use, or do I need to buy another drunker as a whole just because of the plastic?

I'd suggest contacting your vendor for info. Even if they don't have them listed, they might have a spare tank they can sell you. I'd also try to find out the exact dimensions and check with ibtanked as it sounds like you need a glass tank for your juice.
