I have country roots but stuck in a city that grew too big for my liking. Vegas was 250,000 when we moved here. Now it's over 2.5 million.
It really is time to move then. At least you have good green healthy places to take skunk jr to visit within driving distance.

Wonder if will affect anyone to change at least one thing in daily habits?
A lot of people are trying to make an effort to live in a more environmentally friendly way. Humanity as a whole has not. Most production and manufacturing is now done in China and other countries where the pollution laws are all but non existant. In many ways we have become more wasteful and Products have become more disposable than ever. Profits still reign supreme over all else.

That sucks. Must feel like living in LA. One city I never want to return to. The blanket of pollution is grotesque.
LA had gotten better before the yearly fires. I remember going there as a kid in the 80s, you couldn't hardly see the city at all when you were going down into it. I haven't been there in a while but I hear it is really bad right now. It was crazy when Mt
Charleston was on fire, the Sun was a dull red ball through the smoke. This is from Google but it looked just like it.

Snowed ashes on the Northwest part of town and Yhen we got hit with a madsive storm that turned to a black river that flooded the city a d washed houses off the mountain. I wanted to live up there at one time but not anymore.

I would live in northerrn california near all the vineyards. Nice country up there.
Well I guess it can't be all bad, some wouldn’t live anywhere else. But then I am not overly fond of cities in general. After a few hours I'm ready to get back to the slower pace and green landscapes. Northern CA is beautiful. The vegetation is so lush.

I want to move out to the country and do my own thing. A ranch style house on 5-10 acres would be ideal.
