I approached it a little differently, and it seemed to work for tricking myself. Instead of looking at it like I was quitting smoking, I just changed the way I smoke- the brand- whatever. At the end, I was making my own with tubes and an injector because they are so expensive now that playing with my new toys is waaaay easier and more enjoyable than that was. And MYO is gross compared to pre-made cigs, and really, really gross compared to vaping. So the switch was easy. And, if you are still struggling with stinkies, don't even consider dropping the nic in your juice. I went from 24 to 18 a few weeks ago and thought what on earth am I doing? I have no intention of quitting vaping, so I am taking it sloooowly. JMHO :)

That how I do mine. I have 12mg 9mg 6mg and around 3-4mg. I normally vape 6 mg and 9mg. But if I work in front of computer for a long period of time I will use lower one. The same as 12mg that when I need some kick and only 3-4 puff will give me enough to keep going.

I buy 12mg 6mg and 0mg with the same juice and mix to the level I want. You know the ration 1/4, 1/2, and 3/4. I know it a lot of work but worth it. I don't do this with all 20 flavors I have just the 2 that I would be smoke all day.

I think everyone is tested when they first start vaping. By "tested" I mean just trying to find the setup that works for you. For me it was finding a juice I could vape without gagging, and then figuring out what nic level I really needed to get some satisfaction and relief from the awful cravings. I started my vaping experience with 12mg, and that just did not work for me. So then I went up to 18, then went up to 24. I stayed at 24mg (and even occasionally vaped 36mg) for over a year. I'm still at 18mg, though I usually drop it down to 12 in the evenings before bedtime.

I smoked for over 38 years, so I am not really concerned that I'm still vaping high levels of nicotine. Instead I think about the thousands of chemicals I have not inhaled into my lungs since I've been vaping.

So just hang in there. Don't beat yourself up over cigs; instead celebrate those that you haven't smoked.

I take two X2's with me when I go out so that I don't have to worry about batteries running out of charge. Actually, I only need to have one with me but it's always best to have a backup. ;)

In the world of vaping, you have to have backups for backups of your backups. When I go out, if it's for more than an hour or two, I take an X2 mega case with three X2-650s, six 78mms, six or eight CE3s, three clearos, a USB charging cable and an adapter for 78mm batteries. If I'm really going out for a ong while I take a mega PCC along as well, gotta cover all the bases!. When I walk the dog I always take at least two devices with me, generally an X2-650/clearo and a 78mm with a CE3. Then again, I do have a tendency to overdo things every now and then.

Ya Think!

When I go to work I take a fresh 650 batt and a full T3 in my shirt pocket. I used to take two CE3s. I only work about five miles from home, so I could always run home if something dies, but it hasn't happened yet.

Well, the first time I had all my batteries die within days of each other (all purchased at the same time), I learned my lesson. Waiting for that order of new batteries seemed like an eternity. I have 2 fairly new batteries right now, but I kept one of my old ones even though it doesn't hold a charge like when it was new. It's safely tucked away in a drawer, but I pull it out ever so often to make sure it still works.

OMG, LOL that sounds just like me!!!! Of course, I have a purse to carry all my stuff in. So, now I have the mega case with several large batteries, a slew of small batts and a PCC. I have charging cord in the truck. I have the new small case with extra cartos, clearos CE3's and Nanos.

I have 24mg along with 18mg and 16mg and not much else. I have a carrying case that I take with me that holds five CE3s and 2 or more batteries and a napkin for the leaks. I don't looooooove the CE3s but I like them better than my clearo, nano or cartos. So, out of the available options, I have what I like and plenty............

I am in a weird place where I hate what I smell like after a cigarette and I have a nasty taste in my mouth but I keep smoking 3-4 a day if not more depending on the day.

I just need to keep going with the vaping. I went 3 months without one at all so I am sure I will turn it back at some point.
