For months now i have been trying to get the most performance out of my kayfun L +.

I'm currently running a 0.8 ohm coil made with 26 gauge Kanthal (8 wraps). This seems to be the maximum performance I can get out of it without it getting too hot or getting burn spots on the cotton even when the tank is half full of juice.

I was just curious if anyone has had good results with going lower than .8 ohms using 26g kanthal and not melting the plastic insulator on it.
