Intellicig Vapour Problems

Hi folks. I am new to the forum and new to e-cigs. I bought an intellicig recently. I think its a rebranded chinese super mini, but thats by the by. for the first day the vapour was acceptable, not great but acceptable, second day it was pointless. As these are chinese devises and as China rarely bothers with testing or Quality Assurance techniques I can well imagine that a large portion of Vapour units sold dont work. The one I have is the one with a little bit of wire mesh accross the end. Is there somewhere where I can but a better vaour unit for my super mini?

As far as the supermini is concerned I am happy with the size, weight, battery life and look of the beast. If I can get a decent bit of smoke out of it I will be happy enough. The cartridges are a tad fiddly yo refill, but I used to smoke roll ups, so fiddling about for my smoke is nothing new to me.

Any help or advice will be greatfully recieved.

Not seeing the product, hard to say. Is the atomizer is in full view or is it kinda down in the tube out of sight and you put a little cartridge into it? I find the super mini with the atomizer down in the tube produces more vapor than the kind where the atomizer is in full view, that is only my opinion. Both are the same size.

Check the suppliers tab above, the UK dealers are listed and I am sure would be able to help you out.

I have one of these intellicig super minis, as well as a 901.
The atomizer doesn't have an enclosing tube so the mesh is exposed when the cart is removed.

I havent had any real problems with vapour from the atomiser, but I do tend to reprime it with a drop or two of juice every few hours using a dropper. The cartriges are very fiddly as you mentioned, with the resevoir far inside the mouthpiece.

You may just have been unlucky and got a duff unit rather than it being something wrong with the model.

I contacted intellicig last night. Ordered a new vaporiser. They are sending me a free battery as an apology. That gets a big tick box in my customer services box that does. :).

Hi,
I started on an Intellicig last Friday, and now have two - my pipes are in retirement.I love it and have found that if you're having vapour problems then a drop of glycerine in the cartridge works wonders. The cartridge lasts longer, too. It's worth searching for "glycerine" on the forum - lots of good info! Anyone else using Intellicig out there?

Well I recieved my free battery from intellicig today and a new vaporiser and wow there is no comparison with what I originally got. I now get lots of vapour, lots of taste and a good throat hit. Now I am well impressed. I am a converted vaper and cannot wait to try some other flavours. I think I might jsut get a couple of spare vaporisers in just in case.

One improvement I could think of though, and I am sure it will be considered a bad idea cos of battery life, but here goes. i think when you take your first drag the light on the front should stay on, but dim for about three minutes. lighting up as you take a drag of course, but after three mins it should turn off. You then can get used to smoking it about the same amount as you would a cigarette. What do you think?
