I bet it's a dns problem with your isp. Try with an opendns, or just reaching it via IP address if you are on a DSL connection. If you have no idea what i'm talking about, just try writing 195.210.87.131 in the internet explorer address bar and hit enter. It's TW IP btw, and if that fails do a quick search for opendns in google and see if it helps =)

First, yes, in the upper right corner it does say DNS error. I do not have DSL. I have the ATT USB connect card and the iPhone is also on the same ATT account.

And, yes, I have no idea what you are talking about. I cut and pasted 195.210.87.131 in the address bar and it took me to a google page: the first link on the google page opened the same kind of goofy broken link DNS window I'm getting for the broken e-cig links. The next 2 links were foreign and the 4th link took me back here. LOL

(Right now, Totally wicked is ok and opening, but epuffer is still down for me. I retreived a sub-link from a google cashed page and saved that sub link to favorites.)

If you can guide me a little I would be most appreciative. And, thank you to Smo and everyone else who is helping me.

Smo I located the opendns website and watched their tutorial. Unfortunately, I'm an old lady and self-taught relative to computers, using a very finicky ready to break laptop with that crappy VISTA on it. I fear if I put opendns on this computer, I won't even be able to get here because I will screw it up.

Is ATT blocking the access to the websites or is NORTON? Is there anything I can do to get rid of this problem without installing opendns?
