sounds like the coil is gone. the biggest mistake i made when first cleaning my nauti mini tank was wetting the coil. bad idea! also thick juices like chocolate will help to burn and gunk those coils pretty fast. when cleaning, warm/hot water on all removable parts except the coil. dry thoroughly making sure no water is trapped inside. fill your tank. let it sit a min to saturate then....go!
