I'm looking forward to the AGA-T+, but I saw one of the older ones on a Vamo (see link below), and just couldn't wait that long. I'm looking forward to getting my first Genesis style tank for my stainless vamo, and I went ahead and ordered a glass tube for it from IBTanked. I wanted one of the IGO-L's too, but you are out of stock on those, so hopefully those will come in about the same time as the T+'s do.

Yaaah-Hooo!! Success at Last!
Eventually, after just about throwing it all in the bin , losing the will to live, I finally Did It!!

Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you my Vamo (look, he's smiling) sporting an Aga-T with SS/ Cotton Hybrid wick set up, as they say up in these parts, It's Champion!

Okay, so the coils could be neater but hey, no hot spots, no shorts, and once this wick breaks in properly, oh well then it'll be pure unadulterated Bliss!! :D

I have ship notifications on it.
they left HK today, (there is a delay between when they leave factories and when they go on the DHL planes) should be in the states tomorrow probably Cincinnati and then.. here.

So, if all goes well and no BS customs issues, Monday, slightly ahead of schedule :)

I also want to mention I have a new item that replaces ss mesh coming in from a USA supplier, a ceramic wick.
I should have it in about 10 days I think.

LD has tested it and PB also, they like it.

Here is a pic:

Here is the write up on it:

FC-2000 Ceramic Wick

Advantages of ceramic wick over stainless steel wick
• NO rolling
• NO torching
• NO shorts

Instructions and Tips for the FC-2000 Ceramic Wick

These wicks are FRAGILE.
Please handle them with care. Too much force from the side and they will break.

Pre Coil Prep

1. Rinse under warm water for two (2) minutes.
2. Place wick(s) in a cup sized container and run a steady stream of warm water into the container for an additional two (2) minutes.
3. Let cool and roll on paper toweling.
4. Optional –Boil in water for two (2) minutes, change water and boil for an additional two (2) minutes. PLEASE NOTE that these wicks are fired at over 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit.

Coiling and Breaking In

1. Because the ceramic wick is fragile, it is better to coil the wick while it is out of your device.
2. Always make sure your coil is snug against the wick.
3. Break your coils in slowly. Due to the wick being a porous material, there is less coil surface touching the wick. BE PATIENT and give the coil time to oxidize and build its coating.

Cleaning

1. You can boil your ceramic wick(s) to clean them, as needed. After boiling, you can torch them for an even deeper clean.
2. Optional – After boiling, you can torch them for an even deeper clean

AGA- T Tiamat Plus all stainless is here in stock,

surprised by the DHL Guy :)

I only got half the order so if you want one right away, make a purchase this weekend. Not sure how long these will last.
My next shipment will be about 7 days from now. Please please understand, if the sales on this are anything like the other rebuildables I have gotten on day one, I will NOT be able to get all orders out tomorrow, please be patient with me, I will try my best.

This comes partially pre-assembled and with SS 400 MESH (but without the mesh installed) with the plastic tube, but I am including a glass tube with every AGA-T Tiamat Plus order. because I said they would come with the glass (my mistake) I also have some spare glass tubes (not many) that will work on BOTH Tiamats. I had planned on having a few hundred tanks but with this not coming with one, that number is cut back considerably.

The mesh is NOT pre-oxidized.

I also have Tiamat Plus parts kits and Oring kits also and 4 new drip tips made from the same company and they fit great and looks awesome (see samples at end of the post.) The only thing the parts kit doesn't have is the two stainless screws, but I have that also (but cheaper at the hardware store)

so basically I now have everything you'd need to get going.

This is MESH now, in terms of what is being included, if you want a wick setup on the PLUS, you'll need to buy wick and coil, or buy the premade wick and coil. The regular Tiamat still comes with wick and coil and the glass tube fits it as well. All of this is in the same rebuildable section, just click on the parts link.

I am impressed so far (in as much as I can be not being an expert) The top cap is positionable but it is not a freely rotating cap so it will not spin around on you. You have to pull it off with a bit of force and then pop it back on, the orings seem pretty darn good :) I unscrewed the screws several times and they seem solid and worthy. The included parts bag comes with all the stuff you need to keep this going.

I also have a spare parts kit, an oring kit, glass tube, small 45mmx45mm 400 mesh and also wick and coil as purchasable items separately. The wick might take a bit to go online as I need to figure out the size and the lengths and how I am going to put it but it will be online a bit later tonight.

Parts Kit

Glass Tube:

Fits both the Tiamat and the Tiamat Plus, two per order max so everyone can get some.

Note the picture is the plastic picture but it looks identical, my battery is dying on my camera again, and this is a new batt, so it's the camera I guess, the glass tube is the same size as the plastic and has slightly rough edges so be somewhat careful with it. I don't think it will cut you but I wouldn't scratch my back with the edges :)

Here are the drip tips:

Eric, one quick question. Is there any word on how these perform with high VG e-liquids? I use a Viva Nova that I rebuild my wick and coils for but, it was a pain using my favorite VG juices with. If this thing can handle high to 100% VG juices, it's going to be a game changer for sure.

You mean the ceramic wicks? I honestly do not know.
I am not really into rebuildables, I don't have the time to invest, I will string one up and test it out but that question is better served an answer after it comes out and we have some real world reviews with people who know what they are doing.

I hope these last till the end of the month. I had my Christmas money all saved and ear marked for two of these AGA T+'s and a glass tube for my AGA T. But as fate would have it my brother could not pay his electric bill ( of course it was not do when he was spending his Christmas money, hmmmm ) but that's little brothers for ya. Anybody here live in PA. that could toss a bag of flaming dog poo on his porch for me and get it on video. LOL

Ok, I guess I need a recommendation. I was waiting for the AGA T+ to get here. I wanted a tank to use SS mesh wicking in. While looking at these on the website, and the dimensions, I realized that these are way too big for my liking, both diameter, and length wise. Looked at the Griffin, the dia. is good, but still too long. Yeah, picky, I know. Mabey I just need an tankless that is sturdy, easy to rebuild that I can rewick with cotton that holds 15-20 drops of juice. What would you recommend?
