I don't know what her experience level is but you can't lose with the shorties...you can even prefill a few and send her on her way...
+1 vote on the Shorties - these little guys are wonderful. And, with the shorty drip tip, they fit under the iTaste cap! Other things that fit under the cap (without a drip tip): Fluxo Reg., and any regular sized fillered carto, like a Boge.
To be very honest, I'm not having any luck with the Tidys either... This version doesn't seem to dump (though it does seep out the batt connection ever so slowly - my finger is always wet when I touch it), but so far the plastic taste is just awful. What a pain, the original (dumping) version at least had a really good flavor, one would think they'd have tried to keep that...
The batt itself is great, though - I don't really see much difference between this one and the first one I got. The cable feels stronger. Also, the connection pin on the batt itself floats - I'm not sure if the original one was supposed to? Mine didn't, and I had some trouble making the connection, had to tighten the cartos really hard on the adapter. This one has no connection problems, but it does wobble a bit more. No biggie. It's still just about my favorite batt. It's a toss-up with the Twist for me.
I don't get Innokin, to be honest. It's hard to understand why they are so slow with coming out with a good top-coil carto that looks cool and works natively with this batt. We've been looking for the square Stardust for months now. They are really shooting themselves in the foot with this. Add a good square carto that fits under the cap (maybe a longer cap) to this batt, and they'd have a real popular setup here. Even a round one that's native would be great... But just
do it already. By the time they finish this project, some other development in technology, or something else that looks even cooler, will come along, and they'd have missed out.
