So it's just the square batt? That's kinda weird... Still like the idea of the eGo connection on it. Does it come in the same colors?

Yeah, it is a bit weird but I actually like it. Comes in the same colors as far as I know...my black one is matte though.

Here is a photo: (not sure if Im allowed to post a photo, so please delete if not)

Hmm.. no threading for the eGo but room for it, so what's the point if they want just a 510 only connection. As it is, if you try to use a eGo threaded carto/atty, you'd still need an adapter

I actually don't agree with calling anything eGo compatible unless it has the threads. Lots of manufactures have been calling a raised 510 connector "eGo compatible" lately...oh well.

That is strange. Looking through my stash most everything I have would work except for the Phoenix 3ml tanks and most likely the 2ml's. Won't know for sure til I get the 2ml's tomorrow. They are really the only thing I am using that has the large thread and not the 510.

What about those long-promised square Stardusts, guys? :)

I'd like to mirror this question. I'd pay quite a bit to get a couple of those square Stardusts, especially if they have the native magnetic iTaste connection. Been waiting for months but haven't heard a word on it lately.

I saw someplace (the video on the product page maybe?) that they are still working on them.

Not having very good luck with the new tidy clearos....first one has really poor vapor production and dry hits alot...second one was a dud, wont work on any device and checked it with the multimeter its definitely dud....third one I have working ok for the moment, I really hope it keeps up and that the last two follow the trend.

actually now the one I thought I had working OK and gave to my girlfriend to use and shes saying it tastes funny..a plastic taste in there once it got warm. I'm trying to get her back into vaping because she went back to the smokes so I gotta be careful that what I give her to use doesn't cause hassle and these were giving me hassle before she even got home.

I know I can't send her to work with this setup or she'd end up buying a pack of smokes..shes asking me for something like I use that gives monster hits..lol..at the moment that would be the phoenix bully. So whats my options for something that will fit under the cap and is more reliable? the mini vision clearos maybe? or the shorty cartos..possibly the hybrid? I have yet to try any of those. I would just get her another ViVi nova and call it good but fitting under the cap would be ideal so she can throw it in her purse and not worry about stuff getting in the mouthpiece and keeping that nice sleek look. Thanks in advance for any input.

Edit**would just like to say the device itself is definitely awesome..almost wanted to keep it for myself :p

Disappointed to hear that about the new tidy clearos. I haven't tried them yet myself. If you're wanting something that she can use with the cap, the shorty cartos topped with the budgie drip tip will fit under it. :)

I don't know what her experience level is but you can't lose with the shorties...you can even prefill a few and send her on her way...

Thanks danno and yiddle, that seemed like the best bet..since she can fill things and drip fine just doesn't like tinkering with stuff like I do. Shorty cartos it is...definitely loving the battery itself so we're looking forward to the new innokin stuff

They will easily hold around 13-15 drops...

+1 vote on the Shorties - these little guys are wonderful. And, with the shorty drip tip, they fit under the iTaste cap! Other things that fit under the cap (without a drip tip): Fluxo Reg., and any regular sized fillered carto, like a Boge.

To be very honest, I'm not having any luck with the Tidys either... This version doesn't seem to dump (though it does seep out the batt connection ever so slowly - my finger is always wet when I touch it), but so far the plastic taste is just awful. What a pain, the original (dumping) version at least had a really good flavor, one would think they'd have tried to keep that...

The batt itself is great, though - I don't really see much difference between this one and the first one I got. The cable feels stronger. Also, the connection pin on the batt itself floats - I'm not sure if the original one was supposed to? Mine didn't, and I had some trouble making the connection, had to tighten the cartos really hard on the adapter. This one has no connection problems, but it does wobble a bit more. No biggie. It's still just about my favorite batt. It's a toss-up with the Twist for me.

I don't get Innokin, to be honest. It's hard to understand why they are so slow with coming out with a good top-coil carto that looks cool and works natively with this batt. We've been looking for the square Stardust for months now. They are really shooting themselves in the foot with this. Add a good square carto that fits under the cap (maybe a longer cap) to this batt, and they'd have a real popular setup here. Even a round one that's native would be great... But just do it already. By the time they finish this project, some other development in technology, or something else that looks even cooler, will come along, and they'd have missed out.

I really like the look of this device! Specifically the chameleon purple one! And it seems to be at a super duper price right now... but then there seems to be lots of issues? And the whole "squared" business, there's issues with it fitting stuff? Or is that just stuff fitting under the cap? I just stumbled across this on the GotVapes website and it seems so cool but I haven't seen much written about it. Is it something to wait on in anticipation of improved devices, get the kinks worked out? For such an attractive VV device at such a price I'd think everyone would be jumping on it, but there must be something I'm missing. Or is it indeed as sweet at it looks?

The chameleon purple is a beauty!! I have one and a white one. The only real issues are with the tidy clearos that were made for it and wanting something that will fit under the cap. If you want something that fits under the cap the shorty carto and the budgie drip tip are your best bet. Being square isn't an issue for using other cartos on it, it's more about appearances.
I rarely use the cap and love the phoenix xl bc with mine. And yes!!! I think it's as sweet as it looks!:)

Oh, no, there are no issues with the batt itself - it's a great device. If you want it, by all means, get it, you won't regret this one. The only - very minor, imho, issue - is that a carto in a 510 adapter wobbles a bit, but the magnet is very strong, there is no danger of it falling off or anything.

The issue, like Yiddle said, is with the carto that they put in the kit. It's small enough to fit under the cap with a small drip tip on, but it's not very good. You can put other things under there, like we mentioned above.

If you don't care about the cap, you can put anything 510 or 808 on it. It has adapters for both in the kit. And it's very, very pretty. The square shape is surprisingly comfortable.

What I'm griping about is that they should make a good carto that doesn't need an adapter for this batt and fit under the cap - something they should have done in the first place. IMO. :D
