Just some more news from the grapevine.... 
Hit a few very slight issues that need to be ironed out.... I mean they're really just minor details, but everything of course has to be perfect before we start sending the Mako out.
So I'm sorry for another slight setback - I can't imagine it will take long to iron out, but won't speculate until I feel sure we're 100%.
Other than that, rest assured that progress is continually being made to make the Mako better so it's all good news really.....

Yes the Mako is an all mechanical PV with 3 size options that all utilise the same button/atomiser end caps: minno, midi and maksi (small, medium, large).
Minno: 3.6V 600mah
Midi: 3.6V 900mah/ or 6V
Maksi: 3.6V 1600mah/ or 5V
The button runs on a ball bearing to lock/or engage every 180 degree turn.
The available finishes are either black or clear anodise.
Atomiser options: 901/801/510.
Brass end caps also will be available for some bling.
Price although not absolutely 100% will be +/- £60/$100 for a starter kit including one size option, atomiser, one battery option/charger, carts etc.

Umm.... that all depends on what exactly you are talking about...
No resistor for 5V, but I can't say anymore at the moment, as details are not completely finalised.
Oh yes, there should be a bare bones kit available too for slightly less than the other option I mentioned. In fact there will probably be a deluxe kit available also with all three size options/batteries/chrgers/ etc etc.
So when do you think they will be available? A week, two weeks? And I would probably be interested in the bare bones with all the sleeves.... be sure to make that an option also. Give a guy a break for buying them all at once...lol....
I was also noticing the size of the tube being only 19mm. Now how does that work with a 18mm 1600 mAh batt? Wouldn't that make the wall thickness pretty tight. like .5mm. That seems like it would bend easy.

Guys guys - I'm so sorry but I'm gonna make you happy with what we have been working on for the Mako:
1/ 5 Volt option for Maksi very nearly there - might get Alex to do a video on that soon if he's up for it.
2/ Better button action/press. Also button throw is adjustable.
3/ Protected 6V option for Midi.... no other CR2 6V mod has this yet and proving quite a chore but worth it - almost there!
Other things that I didn't mention earlier:
All brass inserts for atomiser connection are compatible with any head cap, so instead of buying whole new head cap, just the insert will screw into any head cap. ie. cheaper for end user.
Anodising will be standard on either black or silver options meaning a nice easy-maintenance finish without the need for polishing etc.
Engraving.... a little surprise which I haven't touched on yet, but should have finished photos on thursday.
Oh and some other things but hey we've got to have some surprises now haven't we!
In the pipe line: a USB attachment coming soon...
