I'm wandering if you would be able to stack extension tubes. If you could this could be a very versatile mod.

By stacking extension tubes on the legacy mini could you have:
  • by itself - a 18350 mod
  • 1 extension - a kicked 18350 mod
  • 1 extension - a 18500 mod
  • 2 extensions - a kicked 18500 mod
  • 2 extensions - a 18650 mod
  • 3 extensions - a kicked 18650 mod

Any way of configuring these to work at 6 volts?

I don't want to use a Kick because that defeats the purpose of having an all mechanical mod, plus I've heard they continuously drain your battery...not sure if that's true. Also, with my Prodigy at 6 volts using 3.0 ohm Boge, I'm vaping at 12 watts. The highest a Kick will allow is 10 watts.

Thanks in advance =^-^=

Hi MrHyde, No, the LEGACY strictly runs utilizing a 3.7v battery alone or with a KICK! Thanks!
If that's the case, why discontinue the Prodigy? I know you have stopped offering Tenergy RCR123A batteries and chargers for it, but that device can still be ran at 6 volts. Do you plan to no longer make replacement parts for the Prodigy? If so, once my Prodigy dies (have already stripped the threads once)...I can no longer vape at 6 volts (12 watts) using one of your products. I hope that's not the case, because I find the Prodigy to be my favorite mod and had hoped to upgrade to the Legacy. I'm fine with simply continuing to use the Prodigy, but if parts will no longer be available for it...I will be a sad sad vaper.

If you haven't already done so, you might want to try a Kick. I think you'll find that a steady, regulated 10 watts, outperforms your unregulated stacked batteries. Maybe not for the first 30 minutes, but for the next 8 hours.

Norman, Ok
I've heard they continuously drain your battery...not sure if that's true.

This is not true... For a battery to drain, you must have a complete circuit, when the switch is disengaged there is not longer a circuit.

FYI... Once your 6v batteries have drained down to 5.477v ... you are then vaping at 10w ... and of course it goes lower as the voltage drops further.

YES! I got my Legacy standard today.

This is one nice mechanical mod. Did I mention how slick looking it is? ......... well it is!

I am a happy camper right now. I've been having problems with my genesis type atty and my "variable voltage" device, but not with this mod. It is working like a dream. Fires every time without effort or any fiddling.

Thank you Steve. Another great device ......... you should be very proud.
