Introduction, and a dose of wet dog....

Hey guys, been lurking a while, not much of a forum poster, been vaping since march.... and after searching to forum I havent really found an answer to my recent conundrum. I got a 5 pack of 510 attys from liberty flights in the mail a few days ago... so yesterday I break one out, give it a drip, and there it was... oil, primer, maybe, vapable... no... was enough to keep me from wanting my fave ejuice again. and worse.. it never left... and its in or on all 5, rinsed with warm water, dried, nothing... alcohol bath for 10 minutes, dried, still there.. in all of them. Lastly I used a "threaded" soda cap, put the attys in and had the alcohol in the soda bottle, and forced it through. If this does not work, other than being rather taken aback by this, anyone got a suggestion? or just call liberty and ship these nasty little guys back? Thanks, God bless

That's unusual. All of the attys I buy come with a primer fluid of some sort, but I just blow it out, add a few drops of juice, and after a few drags, the primer taste is pretty well gone.

Agreed. That is unusual as I have not yet found any problems with new atomizers. I hold down the button (manual) for 10 seconds which is twice as long as recommended for normal vaping, but okay to do ONCE to burn off the protective fluid. After that, add one or two drops of your juice directly onto the atomizer and it should be fine to use.
