Hi well it seems im the only one that lives this far out. I live on a farm in peggs (between tahlequah and locust grove) But i travel everyday to tulsa for work, got to pay to play. Im diesel mechanic. (i used to work for arrow trucking, when it colapsed , still going through that crap)

Ive been smoking on and off since i was 12 maybe. picked up an ecig yesterday after trying one a friend had. and i love it. I was up to 2 1/2 packs a day. Now thats wasnt me actually smoking the cig, being a mechanic, youd get half way through smoking one, then the smoke would get in your face and id haft to set it down. Or id be working with chemicals with a low flash point, where the coal could actually light it (heet for example, methanol)

Ive lived in oklahoma most of my life, except when i went to college in wyoming, and the job i got after i got out of college in northern wyoming, didnt last long got layed off 4 months later.

I lived on the east side of TTown for 10 years, then in the last few years we lived there, we got some of our property cleared for a place, and moved here.

But im almost 20, got about month to go. and me and my fiancee' both smoked, and she drop it liek it was nothing, after trying and trying i jsut cant get passed how it makes me feel when im upset. Im gladd i got the ecigs.

and thanks for links on the local suppliers. Just remember if you support (purchase from them) your local suppliers they will be around for long.

Anthony

Ps i got a 510 from cignot, with one VG of 26 mg menthol and one PG 26 mg menthol.

Hey all. I'm a pack a day smoker from Weatherford Oklahoma and I just ordered my first kit from V4L late last week, so I should be getting it in the mail the beginning of this week. SunmanX is the one that was showing me his stuff while I was at his house a few weeks ago. I was very impressed, and I'm just tired of smoking! I can't wait till it arrives and I am smoke free!!

Hi guys, Durant here. I've smoked for 30 something years with a 5 year break in there somewhere, about a pack a day. With the new FSC cigs and the stuff they're using I figured it was time to quit. But I love nicotine!

Born and raised on the west coast, but OK is my home now. Here since 2001 and I'm not going back.

Waiting on a 510 with some sample juice sizes and extras. Ordered some Dr Pepr for the wife, so if she likes it maybe she'll quit with me. :D

Can't believe I found an Okie forum LOL! I live in the Noble area waaaay out in the country :) Been smoking analogs since I was 9 (46 now) but always hated the smell and the health issues. Have been able to quit many times (once for 13 years) but just because I wasn't smoking doesn't mean I wasn't thinking about smoking lol. So....quit again about 6 months ago but that old pull was coming back, then I found vaping. OMG!!! I love it! Mixing my own juices as I do zero nic (no need to get addicted again) and just having a blast. It's so wonderful to be able to have a "smoke" without all the guilt! YAY! I am headed to see my son in a couple of weeks and can't wait to try to convert him too (need to save his and my grandbabies lungs). I use a 510 Yeti and will be picking up a usb passthrough with an ac adaptor when I am out to see my son (there is a shop in Indy) to save on batteries. Going to check out VaporKings...didnt know we had an Okie shop :)

Hello, just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Rich and I am a recovering cigarette smoker. I live in Bartlesville and received my first e-cig last Saturday. I got a 901 along with some menthol and cherry juice and at first thought "this is BS" but after a couple of days of hanging in there, I've officially gone 14 hours without a "real" cig. I'm know I'm a rook around here (I've have already made a couple mistakes lol) but hope to learn as well as contribute in the future.

On a side note, I'm kinda lost as to the general public and their opinion. I work for the city and I don't want people calling in on me saying they saw a guy smoking weed in a city vehicle being that they don't know any better.

I'm also confused as to what to tell co-workers and other associates where exactly the smoke goes. I feel like Jack Black in "envy" right now. I've looked around the forums quite a bit and I don't need all of the scientific terms when it comes to explaining to someone what's happening, but at the same time I know telling them "It's just water vapor" isn't right either. Anyone else have laymans terms here?

Welcome RServant! What I tell people is that it has no second hand smoke, and what you are seeing is vapor, just like a steamy shower. People usually don't mind as long as you are upfront with them about it.

Welcome to vaping! And it is a fun ride when you figure out what you like and what you don't like. I'm not familiar with the 901. I have the KR808 which is a 2 piece design, but vaping is vaping, and living healthier is living healthier!

VAPE ON!!

Hello from Fletcher OK...............I started vapeing fulltime 7 days ago and love it! My weapon of choice is a 510. I'm still so new to all this that I get overwhelmed at times. But no analogs in 7 whole days! That's a record for me. I started smoking in college at the young age of 18 and so adding it up that means I smoked for 28 years! YIKES! I've tried to quit in the past and of course failed, but this time is totally different. I'm glad I found some fellow Okies to share this journey with. I've converted most of my co workers to e-cigs. (I should be on commision) :) Anyway glad to be here with the rest of the Sooners

It's freaking fantastic, haha. =)

Granted, it's the only ecig I have any experience with, but, I don't see why I'd want anything else. The batteries have good life, I don't have to deal with refilling carts, and the throat hit/vapor production are great.

**edit*

I noticed you're from Weatherford. I don't supposed to know any McMillons from down that way, do ya?
