If I can trouble you with a question. How does the paint job look to you? I was just reading that people are, disappointingly, saying it's the same paint as the IPV mini. Mine (IPV Mini) has completed stripped off!
I like the look and after accidentally dropping it already(on my loaded power strip) I'm less worried than after reading comments. However the Paint Feels exactly like the Paint on the IPV-mini2 which is the one that suffers total peal failure.
*This could have been paint choice OR pre-paint preparation of the metal so only time will answer concerns.

This could turn out to be a Plus and a unique one off.

Anyone get one from IPV D2 Box Mod 75W ? and did it have a sleeve with it? They say they are extra I did not get one but did get a HE4 to try in it. I got mine for 47.95 and they quickly sent me a tracking number within a hour of purchase. I looked back and they had changed the price to 57.95 I just made the sale I guess. Anyway sleeve or not I think its gonna be nice.
I think he's making the point that this situation is a lot different then your usual FT screw up, in that it's completely on IPV's end. These are factory sealed items. The ones likely produced before a certain date simply don't have them, and there probably isn't any aftermarket sleeves laying around FT's warehouse to ship out atm.
While you keep stressing the forum troll factor, that is also left understating just how much of a pita going through an actual full refund there really is. Over a sleeve. I'd take that bet too in the immediate short term. If anything i'd expect them to just update the picture.
Knowing the might be in the box/might not sleeve situation you'd think the sellers would just advertise it accordingly and just say you may or may not get one, I don't think that'll make or break a potential sale and it would definitely save them lots of time dealing with it post sale...the continued talk about these stupid sleeves is getting old and I'm guilty contributor...now done.

I've heard, hell, the guy I got it from sold it because its too small. But I like small mods, provari mini with nano kayfuns, and my subox mini.
But hows the build quality, its plastic right? does it feel cheap?

Very slight paint issues with mine about a week in, a few exposed areas around the bottom edge for obvious reasons...something I expected would happen and no biggie for me. I ordered one of the $3 carbon fiber wraps from wake and vape, this wrap covers the battery sleeve only, I bought it for aesthetic reasons not as a protective measure.
If you're extremely .... about the condition of your devices and don't receive a sleeve I'd leave it in the box until you get one, it's a pretty fragile finish.

I like too. The more powerful devices I have offer better hit but this is great for its size and being rechargeable. For me that's perfect for travel but at home I still prefer my snow wolf 200 or my ipv3 LIVR 200.
