Hey there!
I am an owner of the iPV3 myself, but I have not had this issue all of my button works fine and I've had it for several months. Its not my go to device so with that being said I don't use it that often, so not sure if mine will start to develop same problem or not if I do use it more often, hopefully it doesn't. But i feel your pain i think the button is a bit small and the click is okay but if that was gone id go crazy haha! but i still love it as it can be upgraded to 165W and fire down .08 ohms still a rockin device! only if they bring back the touch sensor that be awesome!

I've had my IPV3 since it very first came out and don't have a issue one with it. I had the IPV2 before the 3 and I litterly wore out the 2. The tiny screws of the 2 striped but the longer screws on the 3 is fine. I would look into contacting the company because it supposed to have a one year warentee. Like I said, had mine since release and no issue or signs of wear here. I would defiently see what the manufacturer had to say about your issue. As far as I'm aware it's not a common problem and SHOULD be replaced with the warentee. I would not take no for a answer. You paid good money for this device and it should NOT be wearing down already.
