Not sure if this is the proper spot for this post but here goes.
It's becoming somewhat annoying that every other day when I try to get into IRC I find that my IP has been banned. I know it can't be because of anything I have done because I have been following the rules to a T. That having been said, I know some channel operators, when they ban someone, will ban an entire network segment, instead of just the individuals IP. This is poor moderation. If someone is given the responsibility of being an operator, they should at least be asked if they have the know how to execute their duties. At the very least, they should make an attempt to learn how to function as a proper channel operator. I've seen a few ops lately treating their status as their own personal sandbox where they can kick/ban who they please for whatever reason. That's all I have to say. Thanks.
