Any particular brand of cotton balls that's good, or do we just look for 'Organic' on the package?

I look for any package that says Organic. I've understand the best buy is the Walmart brand, that is, if your Walmart carries it.

Ours doesn't, so I went to the natural food store and bought a pack for 3.99.

If you're saying "100% Pure" doesn't neccesarily mean organic, I'd agree with that.

Kind of agree and it all depends on the concentration used in the process. Store bought 3% no big deal but...
"Corrosive. Concentrated hydrogen peroxide (>50%) is corrosive, and even domestic-strength solutions can cause irritation to the eyes, mucous membranes and skin.[41] Swallowing hydrogen peroxide solutions is particularly dangerous, as decomposition in the stomach releases large quantities of gas (10 times the volume of a 3% solution) leading to internal bleeding. Inhaling over 10% can cause severe pulmonary irritation."

We aren't asking him to vape straight peroxide :D

CVS, Walgreens and most places like that have Organic Cotton Balls for around 4$ for a big bag of 80. That should last you a while. I've been on the same bag for well over a yr :D

So is the cotton wet or dry when you get it?

I just do this to cover all bases seeing as the data/ safety information is so very limited in regards to vaping. Our non profit vaping prog members just began wrapping their own coils and I have always tried to find the best and safest products for them to use not only from a point of liability but more so for my own piece of mind- knowing I've done the best I can for them.

Yeah...I thought the sterile had no nasties in it???

Sterile just means there are no bacteria in the cotton. I retired from the Pharmaceutical industry and we made sterile products that were used for injection, eyes, ears, etc that had to be sterile. The product, the tubes, the bottles, the caps, etc were all sterilized either with heat or gas. The sterilization does not remove toxic items or chemicals, it just kills bacteria.
I have not been able to find out if the rolled sterile cotton is made from organic cotton or not. I would like to know the answer to this.
