Yeah, it's a bit of a nuisance. I just hope that whatever the problem is that it is something that can be easily fixed by the user. I absolutely love my provari and wouldn't want to be without it for even a single day!
Hey All,
We are looking into this to see what's going on.
I finally got around to reading this entire thread, in particular the posts about proper cleaning. I cleaned the positive contact. It had quite a bit of buildup. I took the spring out of the endcap. It looked clean before taking the spring out, but it was actually quite dirty in there. I also used a pencil eraser to clean any soot off the positive and negative ends of the battery. I did this all about 7 hours ago and have just started getting the low battery warning. I'm thinking (hoping) this little nuisance has been taken care of.
I have recently been having the same battery issues. I generally vape between 3.5-4.2V with a regular Resistant atty, or sometime's a dual coil carto (Mostly the atty though) I never had the issue before, I always got at least a full days worth of battery out of my AW 18650's that I purchased with the unit. But recently my battery light has been coming on in half the time that it once did. (I have had the provari for about a month and a half) It's not a huge deal, just annoying. But there is something else I've noticed, my voltage appears off if that makes any sense. There are time's I can vape 3.3V and it feels like 4.3V, then another time where I will get almost no vapor from 3.3 (Using the same atty, same juice). When I'm vaping lately I find myself rechecking what my Voltage is set on because it just doesn't feel right. This issue came up the same time my battery light issue popped up. I don't know if anyone else has had this same issue or not....
Christopher, are you theads dirty on the provari? Try cleaning them to see if that helps. If the problem continues, please report back.

I litterally recived my provari yesterday, and my low batterie warning come's on as soon as the batterie reaches 3.7.. Now I am not 100% positive on this but
someone told me since they are new batteries which I also recived with the Provari, They need time to break in... Or the batteries are bad and I need new one's.
But since They came with the Mod I will give atleast two week's to get some good charge time on them and if it still presist's then I will try somthing else.
I would like to know how your's turn's out though
After I got a spring to try out, problem has stopped and battery life is downright ridiculous(in a good way). 2 Days, yes 2 days!!!, on an 18650 vaping an IKV 801 Fusion that measures 2.8 at 5 volts the whole time! I'm thinking that the spring was the whole problem!!
Thats great news to hear! They told me they sent out a spring, but I still haven't seen it yet. When did you get yours?
These where test springs to see if this may be a cause of the problem. There where only a few sent out to a couple folks with the issue. The outlook with new springs is looking positive!
As for ordering these springs, if we find this is the exact fix for the problem, we will offer them on the site.
