What I was getting at is that it's Joe's reputation as a reliable advocate that is at risk more than anything. As for his followers, once bitten twice shy.

Okay, coherent thought, clearly expressed. +1

I responded to you because of the conclusions that you came to, your stereotypical old-man diatribe and attempt to silence a civil discussion with the implication that generations other than your own feel entitled without warrant. I'm approaching 40 and have worked since I was 16; haven't lived at home since I was 17. I've consistently worked 60 hour weeks for the last five years; I paid my way through grad school, working a union job while teaching; and have paid taxes enough to support several families. When someone suggests I am "entitled" or leans on other unsubstantiated and thoughtless bromides to shore up his argument, I take offense. When I die I will have worked as hard and as long and have expected as little from life for free as you unless, of course, you're writing from Bangladesh or Guangdong.

I'm confused. People in Bangladesh or Guangdong don't work hard and expect more from life than Americans? (I'm assuming this was written by an American)

good lord....i still think that ya'll are giving a blog and a dude from jersey WAY too much power...
i have also worked since i was 16 (younger if you count helping out with family friends' businesses)...was on my own at 17....worked three jobs at one time at times and i still know when to click "add to cart" or not.....

Wake up Dorothy, you're not in Bangladesh anymore!

Hot Red Herring fallacy you have there. This ridiculous response has nothing to do with anything and I hope you're aware of it. No one suggested you were entitled, and if you're able to point me to where I so much as implied Joe from Jersey has any power or how I've been bamboozled into clicking "add to cart" on his fasttech commission I'd appreciate it.

I've never heard of a Hot Red Herring. Is that more misleading than a regular red herring?

After listening to the long interview on click bang with VJ I really thought he was being honest and was just putting out good dealt for the community. In the last few weeks I haven't seen many "great deals" posted on his site. Leaves me to wonder one of two things. Either Fasttech is really destroying the competition or VJ is just full of it. I'm kind of on the fence at the moment. The majority of my regular gear has come from FT with the exception of eliquid which I almost exclusively buy from Halo. He pimped the zmax v5 for whitestag on pre order about a week or two ago when Vaportekusa had them in stock for about $4-$5 more when you include shipping. Wait till early August for $5 less or in stock and ready to ship? What's the better deal there? Why not pimp Healthcabin? They've got some insane prices too but they don't get the same recognition because their shipping is pricey? It all raises question.

9 million visits to the site so far, still in the first year.

I'm 99% sure that reloads of a page get counted, so I suspect that on average most people have the page load and reload it 1-2 times throughout the day for when he lists something other than a fastech knockoff of a chinese knockoff of a chinese clearomizer.

Indeed written by an American, but you misunderstand. What I meant was that I can work 60 hour weeks and people in those places are still likely to work longer, work harder, and have less fulfilling jobs. In other words, if the guy I was responding to was from Guangdong he had one on me.

Thank you, your sarcasm is much clearer now. ;)

Joe doesn't recommend the product, he says its a good price for that product. Whether you want the product or not is immaterial.

Obviously you grasp the point of his "service".

It's no different from a grocery coupon circular that tell shoppers "what's on sale" and where.

I see a lot of processed foods on the grocery store ones I get in my mailbox, which I consider junk and would not buy let alone injest......
but so many people are grateful for the savings and are snatching up those frozen processed products when they go on sale.

So I better write to all those people and remind them that they are unethical since they are advertising foodstuffs I consider junk, right?
