Technically, just opening the browser costs us money unless you are leeching wifi...so in a sense it's not tax dollars being wasted but merely our very own hard-earned income but we don't have to go to a site so technically as well it can't waste our income. In the end, everyone is entitled to express their opinion but honestly, no one individual opinion will ever trump another.
