I used to check vaporjoes religiously, but I've kinda gotten to a point in my vaping where none of the stuff that he's posting really appeals to me. I still check in, just in case he finds a sick deal on The Russian or the Hercules. I did, after all, get my RH Terminator-C on a ........ deal. But, for the most part, I do find most of deals he tracks down to be quite useless for my vaping needs.
However, if you are the type of vaper that does use the things he's promoting, then he's an awesome resource. There are TONS of people who either can't or won't spend $400+ on a setup--it's those people that are his intended audience. If you vape with $150 mods and $200 atties, vaporjoes isn't about you.
I honestly don't think it's fair to bash on the guy for making some money for his efforts--it's work, and he should be getting something for doing it. If I had a website that was generating the kind of traffic that his is, you can be darn sure I'd find a way to monetize it.
As far as him pushing junk--whether it's junk or not all depends on who's looking at the goods. It may be junk to you, but it's someone else's lucky day.
