I'm thinking if making my own e-liquid and I found that one of my local stores sells glycerin usp. Is that the same as vegetable glycerin or can it be used as such?
So it would be ok to use in homemade e-juice?Chemically, Yes. It's normal for the maker to state if it is palm based or vegetable based, yet even if based off of animal fats, in the end you can't tell.
So it would be ok to use in homemade e-juice?
Thanks!
palm based or vegetable based
HI !
shouldn't palm be vegetable even if destroying so many natural resources ?

I didn't suggest just trying this, but should someone, do tell.
I’d like to kindly disagree. I don’t want to start a heated discussion! IMO, it might not be too good for your coils or you. I have no scientific facts to back this up, but, since sugar could potentially cause problems when vaped, IMO it might be best to keep it’s use at a minimum. It’s in some of the flavorings I use. While I’m not ready to stop using them, I keep these in mind. Many have different opinions here. I’m not trying to scare anyone! If you really want to vape karo syrup, go for it. Though I personally would not! Again, these are only MY opinionsIn theory, I bet one could even vape Karo syrup in a pinch- probably be pretty good, likely needs some water/PG to dilute, add nic.

Googled “vaping karo syrup”...Consider Karo more an apocalypse option. It's really just another vegetable glycerin (corn) with vanilla. I don't think there would be a dramatic health consequences but I'm by no means suggesting anybody try as I do not know
I was asking if someone has to please report their findings. People vape a lot of crazy stuff as it stands.
